First time staying here, very nice rooms (living room, bathroom and bedroom), friendly staff, nice hot/cold breakfast options, 2 free drinks for social hour (5:30-7:00 pm), nice bar and bartenders, clean, two indoor parking garages across the street, 10 minute walk to Memorial Stadium, one block from the Haymarket, lots of stores, bars, restaurants within walking distance, will stay again.

The Embassy Suites was under construction. This was the first time we stayed at a hotel under construction that DIDNāT keep us up with all the construction! They kept the hotel running as smoothly as possible under these circumstances! We wondered about the restaurant/happy hour that they are famous for. They didnāt miss a beat! The food service/bar service was incredible! Well done!

Usually love my stay. Booked knowing there were 'renovations' happening and 'sorry for the inconvenience', but way more than expected. Entire first floor is gutted and smells/looks like an construction site. Usual great breakfasts are no longer available - stale food assuming because no one is staying her any more expect for renovation crews - going next door to pay for donuts in the morning. Rooms are somewhat updated, but can't open the suite door without entering a construction site. Complaints sent to hotel staff are 'canned' with response of 'sorry, out of our control' instead of trying to remediate in some way. The only suggestion for my concerns was 'we will let you out of your stay to go somewhere else'. Much more to complain about, but would just say to avoid this hotel until renovations are COMPLETELY done! Attaching a couple photos of my front door view.

This hotel is consistently clean, well ran with clean rooms and fantastic breakfast. The made to order omelets and waffles are top-flight, amazing all the way around. Rooms have recently been remodeled. Elevators are numerous and fast. Over 200 rooms filled during our stay, and I never waited for an elevator for more than a minute or two. Great downtown Lincoln shops and restaurants all within a short walk. We felt safe all week. Very happy with our stay.

I want to tell you the story of my last visit to this hotel. Iām Hilton Honors Gold Elite member for many years and also Iām AMEX PLATINUM holder since 2017. First time in my life I see so terrible attitude from front desk worker at the check in and later. First I was denied for room upgrade tho Gold elite members are eligible for that upgrade upon availability at check in, today is Wednesday and hotel was empty, after this the lady at the front desk told me that since that room was booked through 3rd party, Iām not eligible for anything except Digital Key, she didnāt even offer me bottle of cheap water, that they are offering in all Hilton chain. Lady was pretty rude with me and told me that thereās no chance to get water for me. I checked all benefits that Hilton Honors offers and itās clearly shows that since Iām a gold member Iām eligible for all benefits that this program offers. Iām traveling all the time and always got all the benefits from gold elite status. Shame on you guys! Do not recommend to stay at this place and suggest the GM Bryan Sullivan take proper care of his stuff working at this hotel how to talk to their client and be on top of cheap water and room upgrades especially when hotel is empty!!! Bar that usually works, decided to close earlier because there were not to many people and bar attendant who was still at the bar, could not even give me the drink, cos today she decided to close earlier and still she was at the bar talking to one of the guest. Unprofessional and cheap service! 1*
