Annabell Gardens

Andrea greeted us at check in and was kind, attentive, and helpful. The 2 bed suite was the perfect solution while traveling with my elderly father who suffers from dementia because we could all have privacy but I was able to keep my eye on him! The suite was clean, comfortable and homey. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to friends! Oh and free slushies and ice cream, it’s a no brainer, even in January. lol

We chose this hotel because we had to travel with our little dog and the reviews were good. This used to be a Residence Inn before it was Annabell Gardens. The new owners have really taken great care of this place! The grounds are beautiful and everything is so CLEAN!! The rooms are spacious and designed for longer stays. It was perfect for us. One of the best parts of staying here is the staff! To a person, everyone was VERY friendly and welcoming. They all seemed to love their job and love making is feel truly welcome at their property. While it isn't a 5 star property, we had a 5 star stay. Beds were comfy, a/c works great, the included breakfast was good, and we had plenty of hot water! Oh, and each unit has a full size stackable washer/dryer!! Can't say enough good things about Annabell Gardens!!

This is actually our third stay at Annabell Gardens and each time has been nothing less than superb. When my family and I drive cross country, we make it a point to stop in Lincoln and stay at least a night at Annabell Gardens. The staff are warm and welcoming and accommodations are extremely comfortable and quiet. Rooms are clean and perfectly appointed with everything you need. The soft serve ice cream is especially comforting after a long day of driving! The location is great, with a large HyVee supermarket close-by and plenty of other shopping around. The delicious breakfast in the morning is simply wonderful and my wife absolutely loves the waffles!

Hidden Gem! Stopped in Lincoln and wanted separate rooms for family members. This hotel was perfect. It is an apartment style hotel with a separate room for privacy and loft. It included a kitchen and washer and dryer. Our family loved how clean and quiet it was. We would recommend this location to anyone with families. Perfect for groups

Annabell Gardens felt like a resort. Our room (more like a suite) was newly renovated with leather couches, cherrywood counters, a fireplace and other unexpected amenities. The property is meticulously well kept. During our stay we enjoyed the pool, the outside games, and my daughters could not resist the ice cream and slushie machines in the lobby. Any time I stay in Lincoln, this will be my new go to spot!
