Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Lake Norman Huntersville NC

We stayed at this location for five days. The front desk manager was excellent. She also assisted us in making the reservations for our families earlier. The facility itself was extremely clean. All of the employees were very friendly and very helpful. Would strongly recommend this location

Our stay was for 4 nights. Staff was friendly. King room located on 1st floor by elevators. Noise wasn't bad. Nice outdoor patio area if you are looking for that. They occasionally had a social hour reception in breakfast area in the evening. Breakfast was OK - not worth adding to the "PRO" column for the stay though. Room was dark and felt dingy. LED lights in room (CON for me, but maybe that's a personal preference). We could tell the room was maybe updated at some point, but walls had a lot of chipped paint, scuffs and rust on doors. Window shade was broken. A/C worked well. Carpet definitely had not been well cleaned in a while, as there was peanuts and what appeared to be dried leaves/flowers on floor under side table. Bed was average - more towards uncomfortable, and pillows were small. Bathroom was also small compared to rest of room. Could've probably handled all of that, but I need to share: BEWARE of parking lot - it is TIGHT. We woke up after our first night and someone had hit our parked car and never told the front desk/staff. When we spoke with local police they shared that it happens a lot and they have asked the hotel to put up cameras multiple times. The staff was very apologetic, but ultimately no help. We parked at the very back the rest of stay. Overall felt disappointed as we read a lot of positive reviews and expected a different experience. Maybe our experience was out of the ordinary, but I felt compelled to share.

I stayed over the weekend in March...it was a lovely hotel. I do plan to stay again. The nice lady, her name was Nikki at the desk was amazing. I loved the room, breakfast n all the amenities. I plan to return with my whole family next time. Maybe even a romantic get away with my husband. 🥰5 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟all the way!!!!!!

I had the best experience, very clean, they’re accommodating, and rooms are spacious. Staff is so helpful. Niki really stood out with her awesome customer service!! All amenities are well kept and very modern. This is such an exciting area and the hotel is well located!

Kelly Was Amazing With Completing My Booking Today…I really enjoyed how nice she was with answering my questions completely and openly, I would most definitely recommend this stay a 10/10….This Hotel is excellent and extremely clean 😍😍😍
