Red Roof Inn Greenville NC

The people were smoking pot and making loud noises until 2 a.m. There were roaches in the room and the non smoking room smelled strong. The bed covers and pillow had stains all over. It was cold and the heater was not working. The smoke detector was missing which was a fire safety hazard. One light fixture was not working. The refrigerator was not cold enough. I had to wake up any 7 a.m. and did ANY SLEEP. The only good thing about this place was the staff was very nice so I am giving it a 1 star.

Recommend Box trucks only, really tight for tractor trailer. Hotel is away from everything so grab something to eat to take back with you. Down a narrow road that dead ends into hotel. They are doing remodeling of suites and rooms. Under new management. Clean and comfortable.

Horrifying place. Holes in the walls, roommates that bite, doors that don't fully lock and open on a whim. I'm still covered in welts and itching. They refused to switch my room and I had no other choice, though sleeping on the street in the winter might have been less long-term pain. Their corporate office is a joke that for my injuries and report of their property, refused to investigate and help others not be assaulted by bugs, and offered me some points (which didn't even make up for a quarter of the 2 nights I paid for, which was more insulting than not offering anything). Honestly, my true belief is everyone involved should have victims take action against them, because I'm not the only one victimized. Paid extra for the "superior room"

Worst and nastiest hotel I’ve ever been in - room was filthy - pubic hairs in bed, hairs and puke in bathroom- disgusting- area is horrible- don’t stay here unless your a drug addict or a criminal!!! Hotel refused to return my money after not staying more than 10 min- what a crock of crap!!!!!!

A great place to stay with reasonable rates and clean rooms. Being pet friendly without pet fees is a huge plus for me. Other pet friendly hotels in the area charge unreasonable rates per pet per day. Also, Dena has always proved great customer service.
