Quality Inn & Suites Greensboro High Point

Pros; Top notch staff. You won't find an entire crew of helpful and friendly staff anywhere else. Clean rooms. Easy access to the pool from 1st floor. Good breakfast. Large pool. Good water pressure. Good coffee and always available. Cons: Room had a musty smell that set off our allergies. We've stayed here a few times before. Will continue to stay here when in the area. Management needs to hold on to the staff that was working the weekend we were there. They've got staff thatt could train folks in other places on what good customer service is. Very personable.

I travel to Greensboro at least once a year, and this Quality Inn has served me very well over the years. The value for the money that you receive here is unmatched. It's the best kind of older hotel - well-maintained, clean, and with distinctive design elements. My room for this stay (and for my past two stays as well) was 131 - as usual, I elected to pay the few extra dollars to get a room that faces the indoor pool and atrium. It's a king bed room with all the expected mid-range hotel amenities - microwave, refrigerator, flat panel TV, in-room coffee, iron/board, hairdryer, and so on. The rooms were renovated a few years ago, I want to say in 2019, so they're still mostly fresh and modern, with some wear on pieces like the work desk and the lampshade on the desk, but nothing major - certainly I've seen worse even at newer hotels than this one. As always, the room was clean and everything was functional. I had zero issues with the wi-fi - it never tried to disconnect once, a welcome change from most other Quality/Choice properties I've stayed at recently. The standout features of this hotel is its attractive lobby and the unique atrium space. The latter is overdue for a renovation, however - it's easily the part of the hotel that bears the most battle scars from age. Free breakfast was fine - no meat like bacon or sausage, but otherwise a good spread of items. Service was excellent - Heather, Scott, Vinay, and the rest of the team are doing an excellent job with running this hotel and keeping it competitive. This Quality Inn has long been one of my favorite hotels, and I'm fortunate that it's here to serve me whenever my travels take me to Greensboro. It's clean, comfortable, and an excellent value - not to mention its unique architecture and style. I strongly recommend it.

The hotel and hotel room was clean, everything worked as it should and we enjoyed our breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful and were accommodating to our specific needs which involved being able to pay by check. The manager, Vinay, walked me through the process of getting approval to pay by check.

nice reasonable priced hotel with indoor pool which the kids enjoyed because it was cold out when we went so they had fun... hotel is outdated needs some upgrades for sure but for the price and a just a weekend getaway I would stay again. In my opinion the high light of the hotel stay was the continental breakfast staff. The older lady that worked the morning we were there was so sweet, helpful and clean and neat. she truly makes everyone feel at home and gets everything just right my kids loved her eggs and waffles!!!

This hotel has been my go-to place to stay whenever I visit the Greensboro area. I do recommend it as the place to stay. I love the comfort of the beds, the cleanliness, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, and it’s reasonable rates.
