Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Belgrade an IHG Hotel

I was a 75-year-old woman traveling alone without a smart phone. My plane was late, so I arrived in Belgrade about 1:00 AM. I knew the hotel shuttle was not running. But called the hotel for help. I was given the number for a taxi. I left a voice mail. I called the hotel again, and was given a second number for a taxi. I left another voice mail. I called the hotel again for help, and the manager, Kelly Opperman, told the desk clerk there was nothing she could do to help me. So, I was left alone in an almost deserted airport. Finally the airport personnel helped me. The room was fine, breakfast was good, but the threat to my personal safely is indefensible.

The hotel is pretty nice and the staff was very friendly. It’s very close to the airport. The room was large and very very clean which was nice. The shower had good water pressure. The bed was confortable. The only real problem was that it was loud. The halls and the parking lot had a ton of noise.

Great accommodations and transportation to the airport. They even serve a very early breakfast for early flights. The staff is very friendly and efficient. This was my first stay but it won’t be my last. The shuttle operates EARLY. Thumbs up.

Another really great stay at an IHG property. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Not a far drive into Bozeman should you need to go there. Property was clean, as we're the rooms. The pool was busy but not loud as it's at the back of the property.

Very new & clean. Super comfortable bed, in room amenities included water bottles. Decent breakfast spread. I had biscuit & gravy with good juice options. Great view. Would definitely stay again, but it is spendy for a basic hotel. Wish I had taken more photos!
