I wish I had read the reviews before staying here. They are accurate. Where do I start… No toilet paper. No bath towels (more on that later). No trash can. No bed spread (more on that shortly). Room looks like it wasn’t vacuumed in ages. When we got bath towels, I’m not sure they were clean. Sticky in spots and stained. Pretty much mesh, too. The bed? The sheets had SEVERAL cigarette burns. Why did we stay? I wonder that too. The room was huge. But even the coat was not worth the condition

I booked the room through Priceline and when I returned home to file a request for refund (as I was instructed to do by the front desk clerk), I was told I would be contacted by a representative of Oyo by phone or e-mail. I was not. If they had contacted me or if anyone in this process had asked me for specifics as to why when I checked in with my 2 year old son on Thanksgiving Eve at midnight I refused to stay in the filth-ridden room that I was presented, I would have been able to provide the attached photos of: 1) sticky residue found on the phone and bedside table; 2) white creamy substance that resembles bodily fluids on the carpet next to the bed; 3) pen marks, lint, and hair found on the wrinkled sheets with no bedspread; 4) filthy carpet that was in total disrepair; 5) a clump of hair attached to the shower wall; 6) used soap in the shower; 7) a filthy toilet with the seat found in the up position; 8) no toilet paper on the roll; and 9) a broken security lock on the entrance door, which I'm pretty sure is a violation of state statute. Horrible experience that was never made right.

DONT STAY HERE! booked online and showed up at check in time. The room smelled awful like cigarettes and mold. Bathroom door was broke. Dirty bedsheets had stains and cigarette burns. Immediately went for a refund and staff didn't know how to operate their own computers to do a refund. Finally got a refund receipt and left. They marked me as a no show later to keep my $86.50. They advertise a pool but the The pool is empty and filthy.

The bathroom shower curtains appeared to be dirty and may have even have had mole spots. We stayed in the first floor, 1st room next to the check-in office. The walls weren't very clean, the recently cleaned towels that were provided to us once placed in the shower under water, still appeared dirty and apparently were not properly sanitized with bleach. Not to mention the that there was hair on one of them as well. If the room appears dirty it makes you wonder about other areas of the hotel.

Nasty very dated and extremely poor condition of the room. Don’t not let the Wyndham name make you think it’s a nice place. Pay the extra $30.00 and stay somewhere else Does no good to inform management
