Lynda (at reception) was awesome! She was kind, warm and patient in describing good sightseeing spots around Yellowstone National Park for us, top class customer service! About the hotel, bed was comfortable, room was clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Excellent hotel with comfortable beds and a decent breakfast, hotel situated in a quiet area of West Yellowstone with easy access to the town facilities and Yellowstone itself. The standout recommendation is to talk to Greg and Lynda on reception, their knowledge of both the area and the park is amazing. Greg's food recommendations were really helpful when there is such a wide choice and spending time talking to Lynda about Yellowstone park itself made our visit so much easier and meant we were able to see everything easily within our visit and also visit some lesser known attractions. We also witnessed both Greg and Lynda trying to find accommodation for walk ins, even though whole of West Yellowstone was fully booked, they certainly go above and beyond

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit!!! Pool was great, room was extremely comfortable and mostly quiet (ground floor). Breakfast was very good (had a five year old with us). Good selection of things to eat. Highly recommend staying here!!

Quiet, comfortable and pet friendly. Lynda and Greg were helpful, kind and genuine. The room was large and beds were great. Plenty of hot water and a good quick breakfast early enough to make it to the job without having to stop somewhere. Thanks guys, hope you made it home safe to Florida!

Initially I was greeted by a wonderful couple named Lynda and Greg.they ran the desk and introduced me to all the restaurants in town, offered to move my room to the first floor by an exit because of our pup. They were happy to allow pets and didn't charge an additional fee, even telling me the best place to take her in the morning to let her out. Rooms were clean, hot tub was very hot, and bed were comfy. We will forever be using this as our place to stay while visiting Yellowstone.
