Best Western Shelby Inn & Suites

This is a great hotel. It’s clean, convenient and the staff are friendly. The breakfast was better than most. The hotel is located near the train tracks but the noise wasn’t a bother. We have stayed here many times and always enjoy our stays. We’ll be back.

This is one of the nicest hotels we stayed at on our return trip back to Edmonton from Arizona. Ten minutes after checking into our room we had a call from front desk asking it our room was satisfactory. Room was spacious, clen and well appointed. It was getting colder so I needed to increase the temp from 67 to 71 in the room. I followed the instruction but could not get the heat to kick in so I took and pic and proceeded to the front desk. Within seconds I was showen what to do and it worked. Again 10 min later the front desk called to make sure I had heat. Aftefr a restful night we went to the breakfast room,,,, what a suprise it was a FULL buffet type breakfast with lots of selection. Oh did I mention the friendly staff. ?

So thankful for this hotel in Shelby. The hotel is well kept, inviting lobby, and rooms were clean. Cleanliness and comfortable beds are the most important in our travels and they hit it out of the park. Hallways, stairways, lobby bathrooms were all well maintained. Would highly recommend. B-fast was included and the cookies upon arrival were a welcome treat!

This hotel is located about 30 minutes south of the Canadian border and about an hour north of Great Falls, so it’s a perfect place for cross-border gatherings - or if you’re on your way north or south and need a good place to stay. The price is very reasonable and excellent for the value! The hotel is nicely decorated and the decor & even the hallways look nicer than many bigger chains. They offer a full free breakfast buffet, which was just excellent. Very caring and attentive staff. We will be back again for our next reunion! Oh, the Dollar Tree across the road sells beer and wine, so that was also helpful.

Wonderful check-in by the very enthusiastic and helpful Jaxxson. We stayed in room 315 which was very large, clean and facing the back (the parking lot in the back could use some lights); the room could use a chair with an ottoman or side table (enough space available) (it has a table with two chairs, but no place to relax other than the bed); the bed was very comfortable and the doors were not too heavy and easily quietly closable. We enjoyed the standard breakfast. Note: be on the lookout for the hotel entrance, especially if you are coming from the west; the driveway is not paved and easily missed; you might end up on I-15 by mistake.
