The Wren

This hotel does not have the fancy lobby like the place across the street with the fancy bar but it does have great rooms, comfortable beds, a huge, super clean walk in shower, a big desk and an awesome coffee shop attached with free coffee for guests of the Wren. It does have a lobby, actually quite big and spacious, to hang out in, read the paper, plan your hike or sip your coffee. A considerable value!

I have been to the Wren 3 times now as a guest in Missoula. I love it more than any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It’s so clean and the people are very friendly. I have parked on the street every time with no problems finding a spot. I downloaded Passport the parking app for Missoula which made it easy to add time from my phone if needed. The only thing I would change about it is adding a refrigerator to the room, but I don’t even care, it’s so clean and friendly I will stay there every time I’m in Missoula if I can!

Our first stay at The Wren and certainly not our last. Friendly and welcoming staff, clean and comfy rooms, located right downtown so very convenient to walk to shops and restaurants. Pet friendly- they loved meeting our dog and spoiling her with treats. We stayed in the king suite and everything was perfect. Best pour-over coffee provided in the room!

The Wren was perfect for a quick visit to Missoula. Wren provides spotlessly clean, well-designed, and comfortable accommodations. If you don’t need a swimming pool, gym, restaurant, or “free” breakfast, Wren is an excellent and economical choice. The on-site coffee shop with fresh baked goods and custom bagel sandwiches was reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and helpful. Great place to stay!

I had been traveling for a week with my group across Minnesota and Montana and it was a treat to land here. We loved The Wren. Everything felt so clean and lovely. The rooms are so thoughtfully designed for everything that's needed and nothing that isn't. Love the Malin Goetz amenities. The rooms smelled super fresh without being overly perfumed. For a 2-star hotel, it felt like a 4-star experience. I know your site says the hotel's goal is to get guests out of their rooms and into adventures, but it was also such a nice room to be cozy in. Coffee shop in the lobby is great and other common areas seemed like good places to hang in. Walkability to other spots in town made the location super convenient. Street parking was abundant. Would definitely stay here again!
