This is very clean and convenient hotel. We have stayed there twice. The staff are terrific and the breakfast is pretty good for a quick bite. An added attraction of you have kids is the indoor pool/waterslide area. It was clear families were having a great time there.

Very quiet, especially with being near to the airport. FYI, the property is not so near the airport as to be able to watch planes taking off, etc. The bed was very comfortable, room was very clean. Just a couple of "I wish this had been better": TV remote was either running down on batteries or old. Buttons were hard to push, and didn't respond immediately. Fairfield puts their mattresses on platforms, instead of box springs, which allows the mattress to slide a little. I kept banging the back of my leg on the platform when I would sit on the side of the bed. The couch in the room was very comfy, but there were no plug-ins near the couch. Plug-ins were only on one side of the bed, and that side was only 2 feet from the wall. The nitpicks were why I only gave the hotel 4 stars.

First and foremost, extremely blessed to have stayed here! Starting with Ms Kayla, sheâs a beast in her profession. She goes above and beyond for the clients! Second Ms. Ann was a big blessing! She can cook! The night crew was phenomenal, the shuttle guy was phenomenal ! Ms. Kim is what makes this hotel go! Overall I recommend this hotel. Genuine people (:

Was told I could have an early check in. Drove 6 hours to get there only to be asked to come back. Came back 1 1/2 later and a different lady was at the desk and said no early check in and due to staff shortages room wouldnât be available until 4pm which was normal check in time. Room wasnât available until after 5 pm

OK first, the rooms are large and clean, the lobby is inviting and staff is friendly. Breakfast was a good choice of items and they even had scrambled eggs, bacon and quiche. I think this is geared towards families, there is a water park with slides and I think a lot of families use those for staycations etc. I personally wouldn't stay here again, there was too much running on the floors, kids screaming and we had a herd of bison above us, as there was stomping, running, jumping off the bed/couch happening and there was no sleep after 6am. Those places have thin walls and ceilings and parents should really be aware and make sure their kids are not running and jumping if they already are on the top floor. I was also stunned about the $10 parking fee, we've stayed in busier spots in Missoula with no fees all the time. It's my fault, didn't read the fine print. It's in a business park, tons of free street parking all over. Wish I had caught that at check-in and I would have moved the car a couple of feet outside their parking lot. They also charge an "oversized" parking fee of $20 in case you come with an RV or trailer. Call that nickel and diming. Great stop if you got kids, not sure I would stay there again as a couple needing sleep for a long drive home.
