Delta Hotels by Marriott Helena Colonial

Staff is very helpful and friendly. The room was nice. The only complaint was the tub (I will post pictures). It would have been nice to have drink vending machines. I would have liked to have used the indoor pool if I could have gotten to it without going outside in the cold weather to get to it.

Marley and Jody(the restaraunt mgr.) were the absolute best at customer experience care!! Overall, it was a great experience. The facility was very clean and well maintained...comfort with luxurity. The ONLY complaints were eagerly received by Jody, who promised to address them with the main manager.

I was here for 2 nights over a weekend - i was in town for a work related Christmas event. I checked in around 11 PM. It was a breeze. The receptionist was very helpful. She walked me to the pantry which had snacks and stuff since i have Titanium elite. Its a big hotel in terms for size. My room was all the way at the back. On the 2nd day, i moved my car and parked it near my room. They have a good bar to grab a drink at night and a restaurant to grab breakfast, etc. Wireless was good. I believe the pool and hot tub were under renovation but i didn't use them

Our bed was too soft and the heat was either way too warm or too cold. It could not find a happy medium. The fitness center seems recently renovated and was really nice. Price was reasonable but would be disappointed if we were there in the summer paying summer rates. The pool and hot tub were closed until January. The shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. The makeup mirror installed on the wall was way too high. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

The place is in essence a top-level Motel. Nothing wrong with that but given we paid close to $300 per night, one might come to expect a bit more. Staff - very friendly and helpful. There was in essence one clerk doing it all - from reception to housekeeping. Room: spacious, clean and has everything you need. Parking outside free of charge. There is indeed nothing wrong here, just the fact that if you benchmark a $300 night accross the US, you would expect more - free breakfast for example, bar vouchers ....
