First off the arrival staff was warm and welcoming and we enjoyed meeting her. The rooms are small; it was possibly the smallest hotel shower Iâve ever seen! However, they were clean and comfortable. This hotel is in a busy part of town and you could hear traffic all night long. We left around 5:30 the next morning and the person on staff when we came down to check out was sound asleep. We walked right past him and out the side door which I guess woke him. He came out and said âhey did you just come in the front?â I replied âyes walked from the elevators to here as I checked out.â He turned and said nothing else including not thanking us for our stay. The bartender in the evening was lovely but they donât have food at the bar. The only wine they sold was one Cabernet and Sutter Home moscato. We had to have food door dashed because I donât recommend walking downtown at night. The worse part is that this hotel had zero onsite parking. We got really lucky and found a metered spot right outside the door. However, had we not, we would have had to park a block away and go into a parking garage at 5:30 am before the sun was up. No thank you! We wonât be returning manly because of the parking but the sleeping door attendant also made me feel unsafe.

I noticed the hotel got rid of one of the awful managers I saw here earlier in the year, Latonya, but the place is far from ready for prime time. I would have thought the place would be out of bankruptcy by now, so some effort to make long term improvements should be in place. Just sad!

The hotel pictures seemed very nice. Walking distance to the stadium, which was nice. We were also able to check in a smidge early. Upon arrival, there was hair plastered all over the bathroom floor. I was afraid to walk in the shower barefoot. The floors in the room were sticky, and it was HOT. The air conditioner is a portable unit mounted in the ceiling. It would not cool below 75. It was not an enjoyable experience. If you like it warm, this may be a perfect place for you. It was not for us.

What a rip off!!! Donât expect any amenities! Very small room, no fridge, no microwave. You have to pay extra for parking, which I knew in advance, but it was $25 through the hotel. We get to the parking lot and their price was $15. So drive around the block and check that before paying the hotel. The ice machine didnât work on our floor so we had to do to another floor. The shower area caulking was very crusty/dirty looking and not appealing for $350.00 a night room. Nothing to do with the hotel but, Donât expect to find ANY restaurants open nearby after a concert. There are a few but you better get there pronto or you will be turned away even 40 minutes prior to their closing time. Ballpark area same way. So have your Uber Eats or delivery App queued up with your likes and order when your event is over because delivery time could be 40+ minutes.

Stayed here last minute after a cancelled flight. Front desk was so friendly got us checked right in. Room was clean bed was very comfortable. Close to Busch stadium lots of restaurants great location. Had a bar got a great captain and coke. Parking was included and convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel for a trip to St. Louis or an overnight after watching the Cardinals
