This was a great hotel for location to most St. Louis attractions. We enjoyed the breakfast and evening appetizers and drinks. It was great to only have to pay for lunch out. The beds were comfortable, and the room was quiet. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

My family stayed at this property this past weekend. Unfortunately, my mother left behind a small box containing two pairs of earrings—one pair made of real gold and the other handmade by a friend, both of great sentimental value. When she first called about the missing items, she was told the room hadn’t been cleaned yet. I followed up shortly after, as I live nearby and could pick them up, but was then informed the room had been cleaned and nothing was found. It might have been more helpful if they took my number and called me (or my mother) back with maybe further investigation aside from the 2 minutes I was on hold while they checked- but they did not. I understand that leaving items behind in a hotel room happens, but it’s incredibly disappointing when something so meaningful disappears. It would have been reassuring if the staff had been more responsive and thorough when we first reached out—especially considering the trust guests place in a hotel’s staff and security. Unfortunately, this experience has left us feeling uneasy and we will not recommend.

Overall we had a great stay, location is fairly close to forest park. It’s a busy corner. The beds were comfortable, rooms quiet, and staff was great. The breakfast left something to be desired, food was not very good and served cold. The parking lot itself is smaller but we were able to find a spot each night and it felt safe. Overall I would stay here again if I were in the St. Louis area. It is close enough to downtown without being downtown. Easy to get around via car.

I went with my mom and nephew and this is a great hotel for families! The breakfast buffet is big with a lot of variety so everyone gets something they like. The evening snacks are a plus, even though it's more of a dinner than snacks! Although the evening snacks are limited in vegetarian options, which was a downside because we are vegetarian; however it was nice after a day of sightseeing to come back to the hotel for some snacks. The complimentary daily popcorn is also great! The location is good because its not too far from downtown St. Louis. A lot of hotels I looked at did not have free parking, so it was nice that this hotel had free parking. All the staff were friendly and courteous.

Excellent family-friendly hotel with great customer service and amenities. Clean, comfortable, staff go above and beyond. Pool kept my kids entertained and was a highlight of our trip to St. Louis. Will stay again on our next trip to St. Louis.
