The Fontaine

Hotel was okay. My only complaint is we had no hot water day of checkout so cold shower wasn’t fun. Also the food at restaurant on 7th floor was average. We had both dinner first night and breakfast following morning. Honestly I would have expected better from a hotel of this caliber.

The property amenities and most staff are great but housekeeping is lacking tremendously. If you want a room that looks clean but is probably not then The Fontaine would be a good bet for you. The rooms show their usage (chipping/missing paint of trim, sloppy repainting jobs, chipped mirrors, broken furniture, dated carpeting etc.) and the rooms are not clean to the level one would expect a luxury hotel to be which cheapens the experience. If you stay here do not expect a luxury experience, they are a solid 2.5/5 rated in stars and similar to a lesser hotel experience.

This place has a very classy and unique atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds. We also enjoyed the coffee shop and the bar. The rooftop area looked nice but the pool was not open yet when we visited.

Had a wonderful three night stay at the Fontaine highlighted by the great customer service. The catering team was wonderful as was the front desk team. Tashae at the front desk was so helpful multiple times! My room was comfortable and spacious as well.

While the initial check in was complicated, when Jessie and Tasha were on they were able to rectify the situation for us and made our experience at the hotel quite pleasurable. Jessie was amazing, professional and bubbly. Tasha was great at trying to find solutions.
