My air conditioning didnât work and my room was very warm. I asked that it be fixed and came back to a box fan sitting in my room (note- the windows do not open and it was cooler outside). If the air is blowing warm, the fan will not help. One of the worst Hiltonâs Iâve ever been to. The desk clerk was very irritated that I wasnât happy with their âfixâ.

The KC Airport Hilton is a convenient location if you need a short stay near the airport. The hotel is in need of renovation as the decor and furniture are worn and dated. The breakfast is buffet style and is basically the same as what you would get at a Hampton Inn...EXCEPT that you will be charged $18 for it. Way overpriced. My guess is that they make most of their revenue from events hosted in their ballroom and put less of an emphasis on guests in the hotel. Guest relations were pleasant and had no issues with them.

As a Diamond Member and person who spends 3-4 nights a week at Hilton hotels all over US, I truly do not want to hear when my requests are not met. This is one of those locations, that literally in 5%-10% of the hotels that are now in my Do Not Stay list. Diamond Member, means absolutely none to them. I would say, look somewhere else if you want a pleasant experience!

This hotel is trash. GUT & RENOVATED! GOOD FOOD at the BP. My TOWELS WERE DISGUSTING!! They were NEVER CHANGED! DIRTY TOWELS WERE HUNG BACK UP TO BE USED AGAIN!! Please do not stay at this hotel! Save your money & time! This hotel should carry the HILTON BRANDING AT ALL!!

I booked this hotel for two nights while stranded at the Kansas City airport due to the snowstorm. My flight had been pushed back two days so I knew I needed a hotel after spending a few nights at the airport already. Upon booking this hotel, for Monday and Tuesday, I found out Monday at noon that there was another flight I could change to that would give me the opportunity to get home Monday night. I knew the hotel would not reimburse me for the entirety of my trip so I asked them for a refund of the second night (Tuesday). I was abruptly told no by Betty because I had booked it using a third-party. A third-party then called the hotel to ask permission for a second day refund. They were told no again. I was hoping for some compassion from the Kansas City airport Hilton as I was not asking for the world. However, they made it clear that the compassion was not existent. I never checked in for my trip, because I had to get on my plane. Yet they still welcomed to me with an email and asked me for a review. They got a review There and now here.
