More transparency from the reservation staff would be helpful. I requested to move a reservation from one location to another. I asked specifically if I would be charged for both locations and was told that I would not be. Ended up I got charged for both locations. This was a very disappointing experience for me.

Drury Inn is customer service done right! Every person we encounter is friendly, courteous, and willing to go the extra mile to make our stay a good one. The amenities are top notch! From the extensive breakfast options, to the 5:30 kickback that includes feee alcohol, there is something for everyone at these hotels. We will always seek out a Drury Inn When we travel.

Excellent value in price, convenient to airport, dining and tourist sites were close by. The hotel and premises were clean and neat. Food was excellent at breakfast, staff were helpful. The evening meal was a nice touch after traveling all day.

Loved this place. We had planned on staying at the Drury near the airport but it was full so we chose this location. I am so glad that we stayed here. The employees we encountered were all wonderful. Friendly and outgoing and that's something I haven't seen in awhile. The room was clean. Bed was very comfortable. The AC worked well. Shower pressure was okay, not the best, but okay. Dinner and breakfast selections were amazing. They even MADE pancakes on the grill for breakfast. We will definitely return.

Overall great place to stay. Included breakfast, happy hour food AND 3 drink tickets per day. Great for families. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Cleanliness of room was a little lacking. Found some food items and an old cotton ball on the floor.
