I had a wonderful stay at AmericInn and would definitely recommend it. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and made check-in a breeze. My room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, with plenty of fresh options to start the day. I also really enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tubāit was a great way to unwind. Overall, a great experience, and Iād happily stay here again!

Very clean, friendly staff and quiet. Great place to take a break from driving!! Was in town visiting family. Central to freeway, gas stations and not far from restaurants and my family! They even gave me a break on price because of length of stay.

If you enjoy staff miscommunication and broken amenities, then this is the hotel for you. I booked a double queen room over the phone, but when I checked in, the keycard didn't work. After the staff re-initialized it, it worked, but I walked into a room with a single bed. I returned to the front desk, only to be told I couldn't switch rooms unless I upgraded and paid more. They claimed I had requested an accessible/handicapped room, which was untrue, as my son and I have no accessibility issues, and wanted two beds. So, we walked past the restroom with an "out of order" sign, back to our single-bed, accessible room, which also had a broken accessible shower. Awesome. We spent some time at the pool. Yes, it was January, but the water was far colder than it should have been. There was also a passive-aggressive sign about not bringing food, beverages, or even mints (?!) into the pool area, but, unsurprisingly, most of the parents there were drinking beers anyway. I will give the hotel some credit for the breakfast area: they had a nice cereal selection and a waffle maker. The main problem with this hotel is the staff and management. If something is broken, it seems to stay that way. If something is wrong with your booking, it also remains unresolved. Whatever incident happens in the pool area, management responds with some weird passive-aggressive sign. You're rolling the dice if you stay here. It might be fine, but there's a good chance it will be awful, and if it is, you're out of luck.

Came down for a hockey tournament. Very clean (even with some minor construction) rooms were lovely and the kids lived in the pool! Breakfast was great. All shared spaces were clean and bright. Plenty of room for groups to gather and enjoy each other.
