Holiday Inn Express & Suites Wentzville St Louis West an IHG Hotel

We had an extremely concerning experience with this establishment. We went to a wedding and stayed here. One of their employees stole our credit card information. When we called to report the issue, the very employee who stole the information answered the phone and claimed to be the manager. She also stated that there was no one else we could speak to. This situation has left us frustrated and deeply disappointed. We hope the hotel takes responsibility and addresses this matter appropriately.

Very happy with room 201. Very comfortable mattress. Room was quiet. Premium cable channels. Plenty of hot water. Clean and well maintained room and common areas. Substantial breakfast offering protein, fruit, and milk instead of a bunch of junky carbs. We walked away very full. The only thing negative is the luggage dolly needs the tires aired up.

Everything went superbly which is saying a lot in this day. No problem making the reservation with fair price with 6 hours notice. Front desk clerk was friendly and courteous and greeted me as a member when my reservation was pulled up. Facilities were explained and lobby coffee pointed out. This is a newer facility so there was electronic check out. Grounds were tasteful well maintained. Pool certainly adequate and was a comfortable temp. The outside seating area with the fire pit is a nice addition. Room huge with nicely stocked beverage center. Bed and pillows comfortable. Everything was clean. Breakfast was very tasty: fruit fresh(bananas not over ripe), hot foods hot, bacon crispy and plenty of beverages. Even though located close to busy thoroughfare was quiet(borders a residential area also). Easy accessed with several restaurants within walking distance. Do not hesitate to stay at the site.

Very nice hotel, bed was comfortable. Indoor pool was small. Bed was comfortable and clean. Hot breakfast was good, with fresh fruit, omelets, cereals and packaged pastry, This property was newer. We would stay here again.

Comfortable, clean, friendly helpful staff, satisfactory breakfast, coat within our budget, convenient to the highway and restaurants nearby were within walking distance. We ate at the BBQ place and it was good. Breakfast had plentiful options and coffee tasted good. Would stay again.
