Best Western Plus Washington Hotel

Left two brand new swimsuits in my hotel went back and they “just threw them away” after all that money I spent there I could not believe it. Front desk just pointed fingers at each other it was a shame. I will never book with this hotel again. You can find better in Washington

We were assulted as soon as we stepped inside the building with a cloying nauseating air freshener in the vestibule, followed by another different stench in the lobby. Front desk clerk was completely unbothered by our concern for my safety. I asked if the room would be as scented , he shrugged and said I dont know, probably. I asked him to hurry thru the check in process as I was not willing to use my epi pen while he took his time. IF YOU HAVE ANY ALLERGIES OR CHEMICAL FRAGRANCE SENSITIVITIES....DO NOT STAY HERE. RUN. If we weren't absolutely exhausted tonight we would leave. Worst customer service and smell I have ever experienced in this chain. Usually very good. Not this one.

Said one price when I checked in and said they never charged me a pet fee, one cat. Internet said roo s were between 100 and 120 a night, I paid zbout 173, being told that was to hold a deposit on room. Didn't get but an hour sleep be zuse of the loud party late evening ti mud moring in the foyer by Che k in desk, we w rre on 2nd floor. They have a 10 percent off deal fir a restraint near by, I'd not recommend d to eat there, hot full breakfast is a congenital breakfast with eggs and sauges, arbt they all? Pool is not heated as advertised and told. Room was neat and cleaned but ghe last people they had hit cleaned tet sowehad to wait our turn to fet room cleaned, which wedid u derstanddhit happens. Our cat almost died, this doctor specialized and we frove 5jours aszn urgent visit, gnry saved him but it was he'll. P,us gbe restraint had bad drab, I'm from hkyston, it was horrible, couldn't eat it and expensive. So we overpaid before vet visit, paid for saving our cat, went to Che k I room, ghen bait and switch on the price, room, wait. Horrible but wasckeam, workers were nice and friendly but could care less about your actual stay, I feel they are being taught to steal from your charges togetahead.

I don’t have anything bad to say about this place. Very clean! It’s beautiful and welcoming with friendly and helpful associates! Wonderful breakfast choices! Pool and hot tub was awesome! This place sees mostly business travelers. If I had anything I wish was better 1) toilet paper was terrible. 2) the toilet was HARD to flush. The handle seemed to have resistance and I thought I was going to break it the first time I used it. The bedding and towels were clean and smelled fresh! I’d stay here again and again!

Slow service, musty rooms and terrible coffee. Never again will I stay here. Better off driving 40 miles from St Louis. I have stayed here a few times out if necessity and this ranks amongst the worst business hotels of all time. Sleeping in your car might be better
