Super 8 by Wyndham Warrensburg

I found this to be an excellent choice for a quick overnight stay... I had no need for any expensive hotel with fancy restaurants or bars or lounging facilities... just a clean, quiet space where everything worked and was comfortable! I had a wonderfully long night's sleep. I found the bed very comfortable, the water pressure good in the shower... TV worked and had lots of channels to choose from... no noise inside or outside... 24-hour coffee bar... continental breakfast offered by I had no need for food as I was there for a family gathering at noon! I found all of the employees I met to be very sweet, friendly and helpful! Everything a weary traveler needs! :-)

I had the pleasure of staying at this Super 8. First, they are one of the few Super 8's that offer a full breakfast (including eggs and sausage). Unfortunately, I had come right after hungry construction crews had ate most of it and before the replenishment. When the owners found out at checkout, they offered to cook me a breakfast! I had never been offered food way after the posted hours. But, the owners had even offered at check-in that they were flexible on the hours. This is unheard of! The hotel has a computer and printer for customer use. The owners also have very flexible check-out hours, so I could get work done. The rooms have been recently remodeled. They are large, clean and quiet. The hotel is close to many restaurants. This is an excellent hotel and I can highly recommend staying here.

This hotel is disgusting. The bathroom had black mold and a dead cockroach. The paint is peeling off the wall. There are exposed wires. The towels had large holes in them. The room smelled like mold and rotten wood. The security card reader on the exterior door is broken, and the door was taped open with black electrical tape. The tub / shower had been repainted and the paint was coming off. The floor mat at the door was worn and filthy. The carpet was badly worn. The bathroom door had a hole in it and was taped shut. The grass was tall and hadn't been mowed. I paid for two nights but the hotel was so nauseatingly gross and icky that we left after one night. This hotel is beyond repair and should be leveled to the ground. The owner should be ashamed to own this property.

Property is dated and very tight, from the entrance and carried through to room. The cable buffers substantially, no telling what the internet connections would have been. Found myself experiencing several unpleasant odors throughout.

The hotel was very quiet out the way. You’re also close to stores, and restaurants for dining options. However, my bed was dirty and half made from a pervious stay. There were cigarette holes in the sheets. My towels were stained and dirty. I also didn’t have enough towels.
