Knights Inn Ferguson

I’m elated that this location doesn’t accept pets. I’m allergic to pet dander and fleas. To me, it’s unsanitary to allow pets in hotel rooms because you never know what type of germs they’re carrying. Pets also leave unpleasant stenches in the room regardless of how the room is cleaned. Thank you for thinking about your guests who are not pet friendly Knights Inn.

So our tire popped on Interstate 70 as we made our move from Florida to Iowa. Because it was after 8pm we couldn't get the tire resolved until the next day and we lucked out they had a room with double beds for us to stay overnight and take care of the tire the next morning. The front desk person helped us accept a payment from a relative in Iowa, allowing her to send proof of identity through email! We got checked in at almost 11pm and checked out by 11am. Because of our extenuating circumstances they allowed us to bring in the cats in their carriers. The room was clean, beds comfy and there really is nothing negative to note! Would definitely stay there again if the need ever arose!

After traveling for over 12 hours & in need for rest we ended up here.. It was so gross we left our luggage in the car.. Slept 5 hours and bolted out the door.. Don't ever go to this hotel. It's not clean & is severely in need of a torch! The only help would be to rebuild. The management has no idea what they are doing if they think this hotel is habitable.

Don't stay here! Management is very rude, will even laugh in your face like a child. People there were yelling at each other and cussing out the window and being a STL native and living there for 25 years before we moved to CO, I can tell you this is NOT A SAFE AREA. I didn't even go there before we moved. Unfortunatly the person who booked it didn't know the area. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!!!

The only reason I booked this hotel was because I had reward points... Would I stay there again "hell naw." The hotel desk clerk for one in so disrespectful starting off... But in the common area of the hotel walking though the hallways to get to my room all i could smell was maujuana and hear people yelling and screaming.... After getting into my room the smell of the drugs was in there and the yelling got louder and I could hear it in my room..
