The temperature outside was 30 degrees and there was no hot water to take a showerā¦ the a/c for the heather did not work either and it sounded so loud that we couldnāt either live it onā¦ no one can sleep with that soundā¦ there was no coffee eitherā¦ also the room was with sensor lights not good

No where was webtold we had to pay a $50 deposit on a card only. They let us stay but I had to also pay $50 that they would not give back. The night staff woman was nice and as helpful as she could be. We would stay again but prepare people for charges. I booked through booking.com and they mentioned nothing about a card had to b used.

Always love staying in this hotel. Itās an amazing experience. They didnāt have the breakfast buffet up this time which was a bummer. The water was cold for two days. Other than that. I enjoyed this day. I will be back. I just hope those small details can be worked out.

Rooms were really nice. Stayed here in August 2024 as well and had a really good breakfast was sorry to hear that they no longer served breakfast. No problem at all since hotel is basically surrounded by restaurants. Wonderful stay everyone was so welcoming. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel is infested with roaches. I started seeing them as soon as it got late. There was no night attendant to let know we were ready to leave and get a refund. I was up all night because of fear of the bugs. Managed to catch a few in a gatorade bottle and the morning shift attendant didnt seem to care. She disregarded everything i said and told me if i want to check out just leave my room key in the jar for checkout. Iāll never return.!!
