Kimberly was exceptional checking us in and we had a first timer, Hunter whom she made very welcome. Very funny and a great smile greeting us. She also added our Hilton Honors numbers that we don't get at other properties. Southwest - Ed Andrion.

Hello my name is Freddie jones and I stayed at your property on April 20, 2025 to April 21, 2025 Hilton ball park 1 South Broadway Saint Louis, MO 63102 United States I informed front desk at 9 am on April 21, 2025 about a late check out. I was advised I would have to pay $60 and confirmed I was going to have a late check out. When I left the hotel and arrived back to the hotel 30 min after my check out time. I observed the housekeeper cleaning my room . I asked for my bags so I can check out and she begin to tell me she took my bags to the security supervisor in the basement of the hotel and she can take me to get my belongings. I proceeded to say no problem and me and my wife followed her. When we arrived downstairs the security supervisor CHARITY explained that the housekeeper was not to supposed to have us downstairs . She asked the housekeeper to leave then proceeded to tell us she went through our luggage. I proceeded to be escorted out and once luggage was packed up. I went inside to talk to Corey the front desk manager. He reversed the 60 late check out because I explained that I was missing very expensive items. Kent the front desk gentleman explained he checked the room and it was no reason for security nor housekeeping to move or go inside my bag. This is unacceptable and I would like something done . My property cost more than the refund offered. Please contact Freddie Jones room number 2407. I will be contacting my lawyer if no resolution can be reached. MY ROLEX WAS STOLEN AND I WILL BE TALKING TO CORPORATE. I never experienced getting-privacy violated from your hotel and the searched through my wife underwear just to steal from me. I talked to director Ben of the hotel . Name’s involved Charity (hotel security supervisor) Kent ( front desk ) Corey (front desk manager) Housekeeper ( lady cleaning room 2407) African American Ben( Director of customer relations) Bruce( Director SECURITY

You really can't ask for a better location than this Hilton. It's walkable to just about all the major downtown attractions (including the arch and the hockey arena). We were there for a hockey tournament and the place was full of fans and a couple of the teams stayed there as well. Yet given all this activity the staff was uniformly friendly and helpful This Hilton also has a roof top bar which is both enclosed plus a kinda-sorta heated area at the outside tables. The views are great and the drinks suprisingly reasonably priced for its location Parking is provided (both self-park and valet) at an easy-to-access garage inside its building. Yeah, it's pricey, but we had a car so that was unavoidable. Despite how crowded the hotel was rooms were surprisingly quiet at night. Even traffic noise was barely noticeable (but then we were on a very high floor). If there's a negative, it's that the rooms themselves are dated. There's no microwave and the cabinets in the living area definitely show signs of wear. Thus the four-star and not five-star rating.

We had a great experience at the Hilton St. Louis ballpark. We were greeted by cheerful, welcoming staff. The hotel manager, Ursa was incredibly helpful, polite and had a good sense of humor. The buffet was fantastic and the staff cheerful. A shout out to Tiffany for her kind assistance upon leaving.
