Best Western Plus Springfield Airport Inn

The hotel exceeded our expectations for accommodations at this prcie range. The staff was friendly and courteous- all of them. The continental breakfast ranked in the top five free hotel breakfasts we have enjoyed in our visites to several hundred hotels in the last fourty years. The free airport shuttle is a major bonus for anyone flying. we will use this hotel for future stays in the Springfield area.

I stay here every time I travel to Springfield. The Inn is always clean and pristine. Staff are welcoming and polite. This stay, I encountered a noise issue. Another guest had left their dog in the room for several hours and it continued to bark, whine and paw at the door. The room was located two doors from mine. Upon contacting the front desk employee, Emma, she promptly reached out to the guest to notify them of the problem. As the barking continued, Emma, moved me to another room and floor where it was extremely quiet. She even helped me pack up my stuff and transport it to my new room. I greatly appreciated her efforts to resolve the situation. Thank you Emma. Cindi T.

Whole property is clean and pleasant. Staff very friendly and helpful. Perfect for a stop on our long drive to Arizona. Breakfast buffet has a good selection and fresh made omelette sausage and hash browns. Unfortunately not much choice in the area for food.

Best Western Springfield is homely and friendly establishment with all the necessities. The food served for breakfast is top notch and the experience is very enjoyable. The location is convenient being close to several major tourist attractions, including Wilson’s Creek Civil War battlefield. However, the best thing about this property is its staff. The guests feel like they’re staying with friends.

The AC couldn’t keep up, so we were hot all night. The room was humid and damp, and smelled like musty cigarettes. The pillows were not standard size bed pillows, but were square throw pillows. We had 4 of those between two people. I get the value of a best western, that’s why we picked it, but the AC should work, the room should not stink, and the pillows should be standard size. I don’t expect it to be 3 star hotel, but the basics should be a given. The staff was very nice however, and the breakfast was just average for a hotel of that type.
