2 nights, 2 different rooms. Staff was great, coffee decent. First room was clean but bed not very comfortable. Second room bed comfortable but carpet was not vacuumed. Air conditioner worked great in both rooms. Rooms could use a good remodel with worn furniture and walls. Aside from its issues the hotel is decent for an overnight stay. Parking is good with a lot for trailer haulers and big trucks. Within walking distance to fast food.

Good service, clean rooms, comfortable bed and pillows. Will stay there again. Breakfast is pretty simple but the coffee is good.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were very uncomfortable and it was not handicap friendly.

Customer service is horrible and this hotel smells like cigarette smoke and wet dog hair. The manager is extremely unfriendly and the evening front desk clerk talks to herself non-stop. No other hotels in the area, so stay at your own risk.

Great service friendly clean and very very comfortable good breakfast and nice appearance as well I give it a good rating would highly recommend this motel to anyone in Richmond or traveling through Richmond
