Quails Nest Inn and Suites

The hot tub is disgusting, straight up seen clearer water at the river. When we tried to bring it up the lady tried gas lighting us and saying it was just cloudy because of people wearing street clothes in there but I could literally see pubes floating around and it was green. Straight up looks like they clean at once a year and they're about a week away from that yearly cleaning.

Horrible. The rooms are gross and everything smells like an old smoker. im worried about having my baby stay in the disgusting room and I’m hoping none of us catch any horrible illness. If you can overlook the uncomfortable beds, thin towels, outdated bathrooms, stinky and disgusting dirty carpets and try to ‘make it better’ with a shower - you better not use all of your prison issued shampoo because the old hag in the front won’t give you much more - and she’ll make you run all over the property before she’ll give you fresh towels. Honestly - next time I’d rather save the money in sleep in my car.

Very disappointed in room, bathroom door does not close, water in shower was cold, no hot water at all. Internet access did not reach to far end of building. Option was given to work in the main area for a limit of couple of hours. Room smelled of mustiness and smoke which we were told that it would disappear once the room air conditioner cooled the room. Room was never that cold and smell never disappeared. Would not recommend to stay again.

To say the hotel is in need of an update is an understatement. The shower curtain had mold covering the bottom, leaning you to feel dirtier after your shower than before. To say the beds felt like concrete would be an insult to concrete! A 2 night stay was $244 outrageous for the accommodations! If I could give negative stars I certainly would of done so!

Never dealt with such a rude owner / manager of any business in 30 years. Hard to comprehend… Stayed based on low rate, pay $10 more and save yourself a headache and have a good night sleep somewhere else.
