Element North Kansas City

The staff, even upon our late arrival, were very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and comfortable. This would be five stars if the air conditioner didn’t blow directly down on the bed, constantly fluctuating me from comfortable to freezing and back.

The room was great, even tho the breakfast offering is much more basic than it has been in years past. Super convenient to most places in KC. There are lots of food options within 5 minutes too. Highly recommended.

Staff is great! Hotel is new and the rooms are nice. Didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment. Nice outdoor space for families or gathering. Fitness room is nice with a lot of equipment. Several treadmills and other cardio, weights, machines, water and towels. The walls are thin so you can hear everything happening in the hallway. Definitely recommend for business or personal travel.

My wife and I stayed at the Element North Kansas City from July 23-27, 2022. The in-room internet was out for the entirety of our stay. The hotel eventually got internet working in the lobby but never in the room. The hotel staff, while friendly, were completely unable to help. They seemed to have no way to contact someone to fix and solve the problem. I introduced myself to strangers staying at the hotel who were similarly frustrated and angry. I try to stay at Marriott properties and otherwise enjoy this hotel but if you expect to use in room internet, I suggest you look for a different hotel.

I was impressed by this hotel. Very clean. Cool "hang out" area with beer and wine on tap. The rooms were great. Each had a mini kitchen in them (refrigerator, freezer, microwave and dishwasher). Great location for exploring North Kansas City. Lots of great places nearby (Casinos, restaurants, brew pubs, bars, distilleries, etc.). We will be back!
