Celmi !!! She was Excellent in Welcoming us to a Awesome stay. The whole staff was nice. Our check -in was fast and friendly, Our room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The rates were great and worth what we received. Thank you Celmi and The Hampton Staff for a Wonderful Passover weekend !!!

I chose to stay here after the failed night stay at the Overland Hilton Garden Inn. Everything the other hotel failed this one excelled. Nice workout space, good breakfast, excellent service from staff, quiet and well appointed rooms. I had a problem with the television. The manager came right up to my room and reset the system. I had lots of fun in the gym. The pool was lovely and water heated. The bed was comfortable. When we had a snow storm, they were right on the shoveling of the sidewalks. My only issue is now common with Hiltons. It is not resetting the rooms each day during a stay. I would prefer they ALWAYS make the bed, vacuum the room, and replace the used towels. I just need to remember to request this service when checking in.

Hilton should use this property as a model for all other Hampton Inns. The location was easy to access off of the interstate. Erica at the front desk was an absolute joy. Customer service & genuine kindness like hers is hard to come by anymore. The property is brand-new and the rooms were spacious and had lots of counter space and hooks for you to put down or hang your luggage. The hotel was sparkling clean, well-appointed with a spacious workout facility space, and had a pool as well. Breakfast served in the morning gad great variety, everything you'd want: western omelets, muffins/pastries, a many flavored waffles, and fresh fruit and yogurt options. Slept well. The air conditioning unit was actually quiet too; those who travel frequently will come to appreciate and notice that. Overall, a great experience. Would heavily recommend to others. Keep doing things right!

We had gone to 3 other hotels before deciding on this one. The staff members were so friendly, very courteous and professional. The room was great. Breakfast was superb and the kitchen staff member was there to assist if one had a little trouble. Our overall experience was exceptional. We highly recommend this place. One more thing that surprised us, when we turned on the tv it greeted us with my husband’s name. We never asked if it was a coincidence or if that is part of their set up. It was a nice touch that had him all excited.

Hilton has been my "go-to" hotel chain for years. I booked the KC Southeast Hampton and assumed it would be fine. Well it was much more than fine. The staff was great, breakfast was THE BEST I have ever had at a hotel. Thank you all especially Jaqueline!
