Worst stay ever. Planned on staying 3 nights. first morning there was no hot water. Rust stains in the bathtub. Bath faucet needed repaired. Because of these problems and another problem we decided to check out. When we got to the desk there were to people there and they said the could not check us out and we had to use a robot to check out. After using the machine, I ask for a receipt. I was told it would be e-mailed to me. Apparently the robot did not check me out because I received a phone call want to know if I was checking out. I told the person I had checked out after one night and that I have never got my receipt e- mailed to me. She e-mailed me receipt charging me for 3 nights. Still not resolved.

I strongly recommend this hotel for anybody who is traveling for family or friends. My experience was really good the rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was delicious and I appreciate it that each staff took their time to greeted the guest and made us feel welcome.

This hotel charges a deposit up to $250.00 which was not disclosed upon booking. I really enjoyed the breakfast options even though it was limited to non pork eaters. The room was dirty alone with the towels. I was so disappointed. There was even trash still left in the room even after paying extra to check-in early. Beware: the checkin process was with a virtual assistant. The actual person at the desk could not accept cash. By the way, the hold on my account was not released until about four days later. The lighting was horrible and Jesus, the tub was clogged. I asked to change rooms and was denied. The attached pictures show the lightening, dead bug on the sink counter below the mirror and the rising of the water in the tub with the shower on. (I actually had to scrub the tub first)

The room has a very musty smell to it. Hotel could you a good cleaning. Went down to breakfast and was told sorry we are out of just about everything. Breakfast was to end at 9:30 and we got down there at 8:45am. Upon arriving at the hotel and trying to check in both gentleman at the desk told me they were not really good at checking people in. One said he was brand new and the other said he does not normally do the checking in.

Not the cleanest, could have been cleaned much better. The pool was extremely cold, we had to get out after our bodies wouldnât warm up while swimming. When asked if it could be warmed we were told it was as warm as it could get and not be set to warmer. We didnât use the pool for the rest of our entire trip. Staff was nice and friendly.
