Horrible experience. Our first room had no drapes so we had to find another room. Our second room was filthy, our socks got black from walking on the floors, the windows would not close, and the hallways smelled liked cat urine. We also had a noisy neighbor at 1AM. Since my call to hotel front desk went into voicemail, we had to call the police for help. Perhaps this was a good hotel at one time but based on our experience, the owners appear to be milking every dime of revenue and obviously not keeping the facility acceptable.

We stayed last night and couldn't get out fast enough! No doors shut right, you had to slam the main door, and it still didn't look shut. The master bedroom didn't shut at all because the bed is in the way and unable to shut. Worst thing ever, there were probably 100 of these little bugs crawling around (see picture).

the worst experience I have had in a ESA hotel... I had reservations for multiple rooms and they couldn't fill the order I was there for 3 weeks, and they didnt clean my room the entire time. nicee rooms on Inside but this Franchise is the worst.

We decided to go with this hotel since the pictures looked decent after arriving. We realized the facility was being remodeled.We arrived about 15 min before check in (3pm) was told we would be charged early check in,so we decided to wait the 15 min, we usually can with other hotels and no problem but I guess they have a different policy.The 1st room we got was horrible doors were falling off bathroom cabinet doors also.My husband informed them,they stated they had just been renovated so she wasn't sure and maintenance had left for the day,they switched us rooms.That one was just as bad shower and sink were clogged,room floors dirty couldn't close room door due to the arrangement of the bed and tv. They charge for daily room service.They hallways were dirty and full of trash roaches were spotted in our room and in facility,best to stay away until they are done not sure if that would even help the place.Very disappointed in our stay. I definitely would not recommend pictures are deceiving.

I am impressed with the staff and how they were attentive with my needs during my check-in. I especially want to recognize Ms. Dee for her intuitiveness in ensuring I had all the cookware and utensils needed for my stay. She was also helpful in alerting me of a package that arrived for me. This is my second stay which will be my temporary home until i close on my house. A big thank you to the entire Ms. Dee and the O'Fallon staff. :-)
