TownePlace Suites by Marriott St. Louis Chesterfield

I liked this hotel as it was newer, had free breakfast, was clean and comfortable. The employees were also friendly. I was only there one night but it’s suitable for long-term with a full kitchen with microwave, stove top burners, coffee maker and refrigerator.

Nice clean and well appointed hotel. The rooms are nicely laid out. Staff was either very nice or really silent. I liked the saltwater pool but it looks older than the hotel which was a little odd. The breakfast was pretty good. I wish they had beer and wine at the front desk. My big beef is I do not understand why Marriott will not just put normal Smart TVs in the rooms so we can use our own stuff. I consider this a major for the modern traveler.

Was charged for enhanced internet for 21 days even though the sign in states that titanium elite members get it for free. My employer reimburses me for my stay but won’t accept an incorrect bill so I have tried to get a correct bill through the hotel and Marriott customer service. The hotel is not concerned whatsoever and customer service said they would request the charges be refunded. In the meantime, I’m out over $3000 because they cannot provide me with a corrected bill. They make the mistake and I get the shaft. So much for customer service. I would avoid Towneplace Suites and Marriott for that matter.

Nice property - great breakfast options, clean room for our quick overnight. Not able to really try any of the other amenities - but the free parking, free wifi & free breakfast was just what we needed.

TV wasn’t working for 2 days, pots and pans were disgusting. 1 front desk representative was nice and very helpful, Jesse was the only thing good about our 4 nights at the town place suites in chesterfield, mo. Not staying at this property again.
