Corporate Lodging reserved this location it was filthy it wreaked a weed you had to go in through an area of smokers you couldn't turn your TV off and on remotely it had no lamps it only had one bed table they gouge me $40 cash for two little non-shedding dogs would never stay there again that made the bill over $90 to $100 and that was with corporate lodgings discount horrible Place scary to stay in

I booked a room for several days; I spoke to Sema who was very nice and promised me a quiet room on the 2nd floor, updated amenities, etc. Upon my arrival, I was confronted with a heavily spiced aroma throughout the place. Behind the counter was a woman and baby, along with several other small children. Sema wasn't there and everything that was promised, wasn't there. I was given a 1st floor room, windows weren't secure, the place was filthy. In my travels, I need to feel safe and have a clean room, not here. I never unpacked, just left and found another place to stay

The new owners are going room to room doing remodeling and getting the riffraff out. Yes it still looks rundown from the outside but the rooms are huge and the even the furniture is being upgraded. They are working on a community kitchen and are fixing the pool. I usually avoid budget hotels but I'm so glad my husband talked me into staying here. So yes if you read the other reviews it can be noisy (construction) and yes cops do make a round through the parking lot because they are keeping the riffraff away. Know the facts before you judge the hotel. Come in and talk to Seema and see how hard she is working to make this place better!!

On the surface everything seemed to be ok. Settled in after arriving and it was NON STOP noise. People above us were vacuuming (at midnight!!) Dropping loud things (at 1 am) etc... Didn't sleep a bit. The room is exactly what you would expect for under 60 a night. Dingy, questionable linens (seemed clean but you wonder) and outdated everything. A note of positive: Sima (sp?) ran the front desk and was lovely. Even made coffee for us in the morning. :)
