Just spent 5 nights at the Hilton Branson Convention Center. Hotel was nice.. same consistent experience you expect from Hilton. Had one slight hiccup in the room but housekeeping came as soon as I called to rectify. But as a 40+ year Hilton traveler and frequent global traveler I must say the restaurant staff were absolutely fantastic. I rarely do the buffet for breakfast and prefer to order off the menu for healthier options (proteins instead of carbs/sugary foods). Well the staff was spot on! My tea was served perfectly, all my meals both breakfast and two dinners were cooked to perfection and served in a timely manner. As a solo traveler there is always a fine line they have to walk between being attentive and being annoying. Oh my, not a single unanticipated need. From lemon for my tea without asking after the first day, to remembering what type of tea I liked, to making sure my food was timely and table cleaned as I lingered over a second or third cup of tea. Hats off to Cory, Janine, Rhonda (or Wanda), and Orlena!! Thank you for making sure my day started off on the right foot every morning. Paul at the bar was just as great, as I ate casual dinners there instead of the dining room. As I said 40+ years and never such consistently great service!! Kudos to the team!!

Not so posh. For the price paid, I expect a better room condition and friendlier front desk staff and telephone call personnel. There's no clock in the room if that bugs you. The on-site restaurant is very good, however. May or may not return. Convenience to the convention center is not worth the expense.

Diamond Member Review: 60+ Nights Per Year This location and it's staff were superb! Since this was a trip with the family, I requested an upgrade...they were happy to do so. Great room! The dinner staff and bar area were extremely responsive. We only had one issue and that was breakfast. Very slow and unresponsive. Gym was great and has plenty of room. Digital key actually worked in all areas of the hotel and Halee was extremely responsive to us in answering questions, upgrades, rollaway bed, and overall customer service!

You pull up to a beautiful building in the heart of all of the action in Branson. Very convenient location. The staff really is very exceptional. The hotel was out of shampoos, and body wash. We did not have enough towels in our room. The staff brought up substitutions. The breakfast was so bad- they only offered the buffet and it was cold and not worth the 100.00 tab for four. We wanted to try the $120.00 a person buffet on Thanksgiving but will not be returning. Hotel okay- The food and beverages are not up to par.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Branson Convention Center. Having stayed there when it first opened, I knew what to expect and was not disappointed. I received an upgraded room from Tyler which was spectacular! It had floor to ceiling windows in both the living room and bedroom overlooking Branson Landing. The hotel was well located, comfortable, fairly priced and most importantly, quiet. It was quite rainy so I greatly appreciated the covered parking in the adjacent garage. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. Thank you!
