Isle of Capri Casino Hotel Boonville

This spot is so great I love visiting here with the great staff and the awesome rewards program, wich pays to have. If ur not a member become one it's so beneficial. Definatly stop by if ur any where near its so worth it. Have a drink playbthe games, dine in the restaurant or stay in the resort its comfortable and the staff all over isle of capri is so helpful and service with a smile.

As you walk into the casino, you can immediately smell the smoke. There are free non-alcoholic drinks (soda and coffee) available while you are gambling. There is a good variety of games to play, and we heard jackpots going off. The tower was closed on the day we were there. We played for a couple of hours, and I couldn't take the smoke smell, so we left. We noticed two restaurants while we were there, but the buffet was gone. Plenty of handicap and parking lot parking and friendly staff.

Hotel check-in was fast and staff was friendly. Ate at Brew Brothers and had Cuban and Taco Salad, both good choices. Enjoyed chocolate chip dessert which was delicious! Sampled Miami Vice and Bahama Mama, both proportioned well (not too much alcohol). Didn't realize casino closed from 5 am to 8 am during week, so would plan accordingly and play late. In casino, had good luck on Phoenix Link and original Buffalo. Slots were tight until late (after 10 pm) when they loosened a bit.

Wow used to come often but last time in 2022 it was terrible. I decided to give it another shot. Even worse. Stood to be seated at BrewsBrothers and the manager came by twice in a ten minute period to check the computer but I was never seated The 12 year old hostess finally shows up with an attitude and says I was helping a waitress. I had walked around the corner to see ten people in the kitchen standing around. The casino was a joke. 50% of the machines were off line. The week of the Fourth and they are apparently out of business. Yes I lost, but left long before I reached my allotted loss. TERRIBLE. Hotel staff was amazing.

Unfortunately I won’t be coming back. The hotel is very dated with stained carpets. We got a handicap accessible room, that only had horizontal bar next to the regular tub, The casino was a true disappointment. Half, if not more, of the machines were not in operation and the machines that were, were also dated.
