Red Roof Inn Jackson North Ridgeland

This is the most disgusting hotel I ever booked. I am here from out of town for a graduation. Jackson police had to be called because the clerk didn’t want to refund my sister. Let the pictures speak for me!!!!

I’m not looking for much from a Red Roof Inn except for somewhere to sleep that is clean. We booked this location solely for one night to break up a road trip. It looks clean from pictures, but had some issues: Pros: • Location – just off the freeway, a very short drive to supermarket (Walmart). • Room has a microwave and fridge. • Inexpensive for 1 night’s stay Cons: • The bed had various bugs crawling around. Not bedbugs, but not pleasant to encounter. Spent a good while trying to get rid of them. • The light above the sink area flickered constantly when on. • The tap on our sink wobbled lots – not very sturdy at all. Probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again, though was just about OK for one night.

Now the rooms are lot cleaner than the last time I stayed there about two years ago. They have changed everything. So good place to stay. Well Maintain and good staff there. They have new bedding new flooring and new paint renovated room. Good Job guys.

Room 129 is abysmal. Upon our arrival, the room’s AC was not running and the room smelled of mold. The smell was so strong it resembled asbestos. Furthermore, the bugs in the bathtub and along the walls made our experience something straight out of a Dateline episode. Southern cleanliness is different than other parts but this was beyond filth.

I have stayed few times at Red Roof in Ridgeland and have always received great customer service and care from the staff..Comfy rooms for a reasonable price..They provide fresh linen and refreshments..
