Upon arrival, the front desk clerk was very pleasant and helpful. My brother checked in and added me to his reservation as we were in town for a family member birthday gathering. We didn't receive a key because they were still in the process of cleaning but we were assigned room numbers. We were totally fine with that considering the front desk clerk was so pleasant and my name was added to my brother's reservation. Later that night, we went back to pick up the room keys WITH THE RECEIPT AND LISCENSE in hand to present to the night auditor/front desk clerk. He was so rude and VERY unprofessional to say the least. He would not give us the room keys and my brother had to leave work JUST FOR HIM TO GIVE US THE KEY THAT HE HAD LAYING ON THE DESK that was CLEARLY for me because I was added to the reservation. After asking him what was the issue he was so hostile stating that he would call the police. I asked for his name as I have worked in hospitality for YEARS and I KNOW that this was UNACCEPTABLE!.. He would not give it to me. He stated he would call the police AGAIN, and I told him to do it because I had done NOTHING WRONG!.. I'm not sure what happened prior to me entering for him to be this way but I was in DISBELIEF!.. (He was of African male.) We finally received the room key after my brother had to be INCONVINCED and after him making me feel as if I done something wrong. -Nevertheless, the hotel was BEAUTIFUL AND THE CLEANINIESS WAS TOP TIER. The next morning I expressed to the front desk clerk what had happened and she apologized over and over again... She was very professional and gave me management information as I passed it along to my brother. -As beautiful as this hotel is, you don't need people like him representing your property. Hopefully, if I'm back in the near future I won't encounter him EVER AGAIN!.. I travel and stay at 5-STAR properties and this was the WORST ENCOUNTER EVER!. -This was on the night of, MARCH 1. 2025 around 11:30P.M.

Started with the nice greeting from Nidasha who was very efficient and provided a seamless check in. The hotel is in a newer corporate area that is quiet and easy to access. Many restaurants nearby. Room was comfortable. Hotel is on newer side for Hamptons. We’ve been on a cross country road trip and this was probably best stop of the Hiltons we stayed at. Again starting with a nice reception.

Second time staying here. The hotel is clean and neat, the bed in the room was comfortable and the hotel was quiet. I used digital check in and digital key so I didn’t interact with the staff much, but the one time I did she was very courteous and helpful. It’s also in a convenient location - close to the interstate but not too close where road noise is an issue. Overall good experience

This hotel is quite gross. They seem to have an issue getting good help to clean the rooms. The last time I stayed at this location I said I would never stay here again. There was a hair in the bed and it appeared that they had not changed the sheets since the last person checked out. I stayed here last week again becuase the hotel that I normally stay at was sold out. It was definitely a mistake giving them another chance. This time, there was a pubic hair on the toilet seat and another hair on the inside of the toilet seat lid. I was changed to another room and found hairs on the floor and more hairs on the countertop next to the sink. I was tired at this point and did not want to take a chance on another room being dirty so I figured I could just wipe these hairs up. When I took a shower the next morning, there was no shampoo left in the permanent shampoo pump in the shower, so I had to take a shower with no shampoo. There were also no tissues in the tissue box. I called the front desk and asked that they have Housekeeping service the room while I was out for the day. Upon returning, there was still no shampoo in the shower and while taking a shower the next morning, the tub started to back up leaving me to take a shower in standing water. When asking for the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee after check out, the Hilton Honors desk said that it would be up to the hotel location. The location decided that 10,000 points would be enough to make this right and Hilton Honors said they cannot override the hotel. Really? 10,000 points for an 80,000 point stay? I stay at Hilton Brand hotels a lot and Hilton Brand has always been my first choice but I don't know after this. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee is apparently not really a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. DO NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU ENJOY HAVING OTHER PEOPLE'S BODY HAIRS IN YOUR BED AND ON YOUR TOILET AND SINK. THEY CLEARLY DON'T KNOW HOW TO CLEAN PROPERLY AND DO NOT CARE ABOUT IT. DISCLAIMER: I contacted the hotel location directly by email and gave them this exact review and never heard a word back from them, so this location clearly does not care about their guests or the reputation they carry.

The hotel is located in a very nice area with easy access to the interstate and eateries. The hotel was clean; however, the bathroom shower could have used a little additional scrubbing. My only complaint is that my credit card was authorized twice for my stay. I checked in on March 21st, $690.43 was authorized upon check in. When I checked my credit card balance online, I saw on March 24th my credit card was authorized again for $690.43. My check out was on Monday, March 25th. I asked the front desk clerk why they authorized my card so many times; per the front desk clerk the system automatically authorized on the 24th. An employee would have left a footprint in the system. Given there was no footprint it was a system authorization. I told her this was unacceptable and should not have happened. I was assured one of the $690.43 would fall off. As I walked away from the front desk without a true explanation, I heard the front desk clerk say to a fellow co-worker "I would be angry". Yes, I am highly frustrated because a second authorization for the exact same amount a day before I was to check out shouldn't have occurred. Hilton shouldn't have free reign to authorize your credit card after you check in whenever they feel like it. Oh, by the way the front desk clerk said an additional authorization occurred per their system on March 24th for $580 for which she could not provide an explanation. Really Hilton???
