Great experience , Curt was great willing to help with any questions and or accommodations we needed. rooms were nice and spacious , nice size tv , shower was amazing with good pressure and hot , pool was nice , beds were clean really no complaints which this is the 2nd time Iāve stayed here in the last 3 years it was good 3 years ago to theyāve continued to set the standard for the other hotels in the ratings category and above

Will not be back. Iām disabled, and my husband has to help me. Man at the desk kept rolling his eyes and sighing. Then threatened to cancel our reservation. We have never been treated so rudely. Do not stay here especially if you have a disability.

Dude at front desk was extremely rude. Finally got to room which stunk like mildew and body odor. Bed was uncomfortable. Cockroaches in bathroom. Breakfast sucked. The whole place is overrun with homeless-looking people. Did I mention front desk guy was really rude? As if he was doing me a favor by taking my money.

Do not select a room with a whirlpool tub. They are too hard to step in, and there is no way to tell if the water lines have been disinfected properly. In the room I stayed in, the water jets looked dirty, and the bottom of the tub was extremely slippery.

No stars! What an AWFUL experience. It started the day before my reservation, when I called to make sure my disabled daughter's needs could be accommodated by the room we were assigned. Curt, the aptly named Hotel Manager, was rude, dismissive, and utterly impatient. "You'll get what's in the listing!" In hindsight, I should've canceled the reservation then and there. Then, when we arrived the next day, Curt couldn't be bothered to get off the personal call he was having on his cell phone for several minutes while I stood waiting at the desk. He finally launched directly into "give me your credit card" and said, "That'll be $142.65." I balked silently, then said, "I've already paid; it's shown on my bank app." Then the mansplaining began: "This is how hotels work, ma'am. What's on your account is a PREAUTHORIZATION. I haven't swiped your card, and I need to swipe your card to check you in." When I quietly expressed that I've never experienced such a thing before, he suggested I just didn't know how hotels work. We travel every two weeks. I certainly know how hotels work, and I've never had one try to take the full amount of our stay TWICE! Regardless, I needed to get my special needs child into a room so I could give her medication, so I started thinking about how to accomplish the double charge and which card I needed to use. Hotel Manager Curt then gave me a two minute warning. "You have a choice. If you want to check in, you'll have to pay the $142.65, or I can cancel the reservation. You're two minutes away from my doing just that." I handed over my card, which he swiped. I commented that his name, Curt, was very fitting. He replied, " That was rude." Seriously?! I'M rude?! This guy had been nothing but rude, dismissive, sexist, and utterly unprofessional, but I'm rude?! After a bit more mansplaing and a "Who do you think you are?!" by aptly named Curt, he canceled my reservation. I won't stay at a Wyndham hotel ever again. (Note) When we went down the street to a different hotel, I was met by a very kind front desk clerk who confirmed my opinion of aptly named Curt by telling me she hears stories like mine often. If he thinks you might leave a bad review of the hotel, he just cancels you at the check in stage. If your reservation is canceled, you can't leave a review. Don't trust Expedia/Tripadvisor/Hotels.com ratings.
