Very friendly staff and very clean hotel. I was pleasantly surprised to find such a nice place to stay in a smaller out of the way area of SC. The breakfast was surpisingly good for the size of the hotel and I could not have asked for a better experience.

The customer service was great. As I was heading out the door to explore the Greenwood area, I was asked if I would need a bottle of water. That was a first for me. They wanted me to be comfortable as I started my day. They then told me to have a good day. Everyone has been friendly and supportive of our stay.

Housekeeping deplorable. Looks like making the bed and changing the towels is the extent of the training. DUST, DUST, DUST!!! The welcome mat was dried mud. There were no makeup remover sheets available. The milk was 1/2β in the bottom of a plastic pitcher. No label as to skim, 1%, 2%, whole??

Breakfast bar was lousy. Food was lukewarm at best. Eggs were horrible. Bread selection was poor and coffee was terrible. No attention to our room in our second day. Had to go get fresh towels ourselves room was adequate and bed was good and clean

Excellent customer service. Everyone went out of their way to be extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great with nice choices and a to go bag available as well. The location of the hotel is accessible to everything especially Lander University!
