Front desk not helpful and room old. Pillow smelled horrible and I questioned if sheets had been washed. Ironing board was filthy and iron didn't work. Towels has holes as well. Property is not being maintained and I do not recommend especially at $150 a night.

Now called Greenville inn and suites. I guess a new name should require new photos. I see a little different picture than the ones I saw online when I booked this place. This place is a little shady, and I don't mean lack of sunshine. Our room features a bathroom door that doesn't close, outlets that aren't functional, the bedspread has cigarette holes in it, and one of three lights doesn't work- well maybe it would with a bulb in it. I believe most of the people here are on a long term basis, not a typical travelers motel. The breakfast is adequate, as you would expect from a motel. My wife encountered an individual this evening that was rather disturbing. My next time here I will pay more to feel comfortable elsewhere.

If i could give this place 0 Stars I would. First of all I get to what I saw was Quality Inn and now is Greenville Inn and Suites so already there I'm confused. I check in and I'm tired after driving 14 and a half hours from Massachusetts I get into my room notice that the door was broken and a few other things were messed up in our room. I then go to the car with my fiance and my two-year-old son to get our things because we are extremely tired and we just want to settle in. So we bring all our luggage in and head out to grab a bite to eat to bring it back to the room when we return I just look underneath the bathroom area and noticed there was a roach but it was dead so I started to look around everywhere else and I didn't see anything anywhere. I went to lay down and about 2 a.m. I wake up to go to the bathroom go back to the bed I noticed cockroaches everywhere all over the beds I immediately snapped my Son up tell my fiance to get our. stuff ready and I go to the front desk. They immediately apologized after I waited 20 minutes in the front lobby because they have the door locked before I seen anybody insight. They switched our room said it was probably due to the hurricane Matthew victims who fled Florida and surrounding areas. So they don't even reach out to do anything but just switch our rooms wouldn't refund the money to the room so I could left and go to another hotel. So our next room it wasn't bad I looked everywhere notice no bugs I even turned off all the lights wait a few minutes and turn it back on looked around and still nothing so maybe it was just that room who knows. But my biggest gripe about this place is they have their riff-raff staff living on premises and when we went to leave Sunday morning their maintenance worker physically stopped my car with my son and my fiance in this vehicle and started to actually fist fight in front of my car wouldn't let us leave and we had to sit there and watch him not fight him once but twice. My son was so upset he was literally shaking I called the hotel and mediately after I got out of the parking lot and was told that the owner would contact me back the next morning. Never once have I had a phone call never once have I got an email back and the fact that I had to call them back and ask them why I have not received this phone call they said I have to email this Noel guy and that's the only way of contact. I recommend anybody to stay away from this hotel I am going to file more charges against this company for the fact I've had to use bombs after bombs to make sure my things are cleaned my son yes he's two but still should never have had to see that kind of thing. All I asked for was a Reach Out and the manager owner couldn't even bother to say anything to me. He's a coward and I will never return back to this place again
