Hampton Inn Clarksdale

Hotel was very dirty! Shower door missing. No hot water. Fridge not cold. Trash overflowing in breakfast room. Staff friendly. Carpets need cleaning. Coffee not hot.City of Clarkesdale very poor and not well kept. Blues museum was interesting and some decent r places to eat.

Don't stay at this hotel! A terrible surprise... cloudy and dirty pool in a heat of 32 degrees Celsius! Room with an unbearable musty smell. Unfriendly receptionist. Breakfast with disposable plates and cutlery. Finally, they don't tidy up the room only when requested... on the way back from a tour we found out about it and asked for towels because the housekeepings had already left. The reception did not send the towels, I made 3 new requests and had to go to the reception to solve the issue. One more surprise... there was no one at the reception or on the floor as a whole. I had to wait more than 30 minutes for someone to show up. What a danger hotel without any security.... The answer was simply that she was busy after waiting almost 2 hours for the towels I requested. I repeat, run away from this hotel! He's hurting the Hilton brand. The management needs to take action to remedy these problems. Look for the receptionist who was on site on 07/10/2024 in the afternoon. An unfriendly person who does not serve customers in a correct way.

Front desk staff was very nice, but the rooms are outdated with a very small tv on a table. The shower was unacceptable and needs to be renovated. It definitely had rust and what appeared to looked like mold. It was very unsightly. The room smelt moldy and wet.

We generally find Hampton Inns comfortable and consistent. This hotel was a major disappointment. It is very tired looking. There was a tear in the hall carpet outside our room in the hallway. Our bathroom had dirty woodwork and the shower looked very worn . The bed and pillows were horrible and we could not control the temperature in the room. Muffins were stale on the breakfast bar. Wanted to eat pancakes, but no sugar free syrup. We would not stay there again in its current condition. The one positive was friendly staff who sought to help you anyway they could.

I’m a diamond member this is a horrible place to stay. I stay at a lot Hilton properties but this one here is the worst I have ever stayed at. Wasted points and money. Don’t have to worry about me staying there again.
