IP Casino Resort Spa Biloxi

We love the IP. We have never had a bad experience. They have always been very nice and helpful. We love the 11th floor, casino, and dining. All the employees have always been very helpful. We love the pool area and hot tub. We met lots of new friends and really enjoyed the stay.

Stay away rvs they tell you.can stay night in there hugh never close to full parking lot and then kick you out at 6am. To many other place to park that are glad to take my money. Not taking up any room for others to park. Guard said they wanted rver to come in and stay at there hotel

The hotel had a musky smell with the smell of cigarette smoke and beer. Rooms are outdated. We will never stay there again. It was really hard to sleep with the smell. We tried to change the reservation when we walked in because of the smell but we had booked by a 3rd party booking company.

Our hotel room was not clean upon entering. The bathroom was nasty. I had to clean it myself. The toilet, shower and sink were nasty. The hot water took forever to get hot. I don’t even think the sheets were changed. Thank God I pack all of these essentials on every trip. The room itself deserves a 2 rating but the amenities at the hotel were very good. The food and staff at the restaurants, bars, and the casino were great. Never dealt with front desk however, I do not understand why no daily housekeeping. For the entertainment I would stay again. I’ll just make sure I get the staff to clean our room thoroughly if need be. We stayed in room 536 .

Worst experience at Spa you can imagine. Staff is beyond rude. I asked to use Sauna and they said 50$ fee so I agreed. Go back there and the sauna does not work. Barely 110 degrees. No temp adjustment. Water on coals no help. The Steam room worked and was fine. But I complained cuz I asked for Sauna requesting a fifty percent price reduction and they were not only rude about it but refused a refund. They said if temp. was important I should have asked about it before paying. Totally insane and staff should all be fired. On top of that, the water in my hotel room was ice cold. The only reason I didn't request money back on my room was I had a comped room. Honestly, the only reason to stay in this place is if you get comped. It's just not run properly. And there are pimps and hookers in the casino and you might just get shot.
