This was our second stay at this hotel. Both times the dining did not meet Hilton quality and value. Breakfast was overpriced at $16.00 for a skimpy buffet with no ala cart options. Overall guest service was poor We expect better from the Hilton brand.

This is a good and convenient place to stay. The room and bathroom were clean. The bed was so comfortable! Parking is abundant. I will say the breakfast is NOT worth $12.99! I know next time to go to the Waffle House. My husband is a Diamond Honors member and did NOT feel like that AT ALL!

Weāve been staying at this hotel since the first weekend they were open. As Diamond Members, weāve always been upgraded to a suite, if one was available, as per the standard rewards offered to Diamond members. Our most recent visit was very different. We booked a standard room, as we always do, hoping to get our upgrade. Upon arrival, it was obvious that the hotel wasnāt full, but upon requesting our upgrade at the desk, we were informed that they donāt offer upgrades, but I could buy an upgrade for $80. We opted not to do this since we could have stayed at several other hotels along the coast that are just as nice, for $75 less than we had already paid. The gulf view suites are pretty much the only thing that makes it worth it to stay here, as the hotel is well into Biloxi. Special events like Cruisinā The Coast have been pushed out of Biloxi, so the location is no longer convenient to that sort of thing. We also were not offered our meal vouchers, as per the standard rewards offered to Diamond Members. So this will be our last stay at the Hilton Garden Inn, and Iām considering shifting all of our future stays over to Marriott. Diamond membership is worthless here. I donāt understand why Hilton keeps their name on the property and offers bookings when the membership isnāt even acknowledged.

We go to Biloxi several times a year, sometimes we only stay one night, and sometimes we stay the entire weekend. This year 5 total stays so far with 2 more planned as of now and we always stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. We have since it opened in 2019. On our most recent stay on June 13, 2024 (1 night), Ricky took great care of us as he has done on previous stays. He gets us checked in fast and does a wonderful job. Ricky, Thank you again! We had difficulty finding the hotel and access is complicated with the checkin being on 2nd floor, presumably to keep us all safe? noted lift only worked with room keys. Seems modern hotel, rooms were fine, pool cold, and near roadway, breakfast good and Diamond status acknowledged.
