I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Mari-Anne during my recent visit, and she truly made the experience unforgettable. From the moment we sat down, Mari-Anne was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, made fantastic recommendations, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Her friendly personality and positive energy added so much to our evening. Itās not every day you come across service this exceptional ā Mari-Anne is a true gem! Canāt wait to come back and hope to see her again. Thank you for making our visit so special!

I would give the hotel the minimum stars possible if it wasn't for the nice staff. This was a comp room so I am not as peeved as if I paid, but this experience has shown that this hotel/casino is not something I would consider in the future. Went to room 314R, and saw view from window--nothing but wall. I called the front desk and asked if there was another comp room with a different view besides a wall. I was told that I need to come back to the front desk. Went down, waited in line. The receptionist tried to switch rooms without success. I will just keep the curtains closed so that the wall doesn't annoy me, no big deal since the room was free. Ordered room service and went to the casino while the food was being prepared. Lost my $, no big deal since it's gambling and not guaranteed . Wife called and said food arrived. Get to the room and my wife's order was incorrect. She asked for grilled and was given fried. Called and they apologized and prepared the order correctly. Wife then says that she attempted to give my daughter a shower/bath but there was no hot water in the shower. Wife had to give daughter a "wash off" in the sink since it had hot water, but it also had a clogged/slow drain. Called front desk and they said that they would see what they could do. Maintenance arrived (nice and apologetic). Tested the shower and stepped out to radio someone. We were told that someone was going to check the boiler. Maintenance left but said he would return with an update. He did return and said that the boiler is on the 12th floor and that we should run the sink for about 10 minutes before attempt to take a shower . Last straw. I wasn't feeling the room, room service got it wrong ($100 charge fyi), and now we have to prime the pipes before taking a shower or take a ho bath in the sink. We packed up the little we unpacked and checked out. Told front desk why were leaving and got nothing but verification that I had a charge on my account. I left and went across to another hotel with hot water and a fresh room. Update: They sent me the folio invoice after I called the night after I checked out. It shows my departure date as 4/6 which was the planned departure date date. So if something happened in the room after I checked out on 4/4, they would try to hold me accountable.

This hotel was over priced for the condition it is in. I did read reviews and it was not as bad as I expected based on reviews. The long walk to elevators was ok but it is not kept up as should be. The carpets are dirty and the room itself was fine⦠just tired . The shower and bedding seems clean but the brown couch along the wall of windows had all kinds of stains on it. The windows were fogged over and you could hear every sound through them. So I gave it a three. Ate at the Hard Rock Cafe and it was good. Casino was ok⦠We did walk next door to the Beau Rivage Beautiful and clean and well worth the $80 more a night it would have been. So I canāt recommend due to the state of the hotelā¦. But if you have booked it ⦠it wonāt be awful. Just ok The desk staff was nice and the casino staff was friendly.

Do not stay at this location unless you want all of your belongings to smell like smoke. I do understand that being attached to a casino you would smell some cigarette smoke, but even in my non-smoking room, my pillow smelled like cigarettes, thereās ashes in the elevators, And even walking through the front desk getting to your vehicle in the morning youāre going to walk through a cloud and smoke. Another issue I had was staying for three days and housekeeping never freshen my room so I ran out of coffee and towels. The hotel also could use some updating as a lot of the fixtures And furniture show where and our outdated. I must say I have never stayed at a hard rock facility before, as I usually choose Hilton properties, but I went from being excited to be very unimpressed.

It greatly saddens me to say this, but this place has gone to hell. My wife and I left this morning without eating or showering because it was so nasty. We've been gambling, staying, and dining here for 10 years and ever since CoVid, the place has gone seriously downhill. No Valet. No Bellman. Shower was not clean. Rusted, damaged furniture. Stained carpets. Overhead faucet in the shower never works but does drip ice cold water on your head while you shower. The phone in our room was all kinds of malfunctioning and would call housekeeping on speakerphone in the middle of the night. The elevator did not work. I had to walk all the way to the casino to get bottled water at 3 in the morning and walk 5 floors up the steps to get to the room because there is no vending. There was a time when you would get great comps for gambling. I got $225 comped off my Ruth's Chris meal once, years ago. This time all I got was $8 credit at Dunkin Donuts. Sugar Factory is the worst restaurant experience I've had in any casino. The Slots don't pay out. Even when you hit, they don't pay. Got 4 silver coins on Buffalo and it paid nothing. The loading docks at the Beau Rivage are situated in such a way that every morning from 5am to 8 am all you hear is delivery trucks beeping like a constant alarm clock. The dealers and pit bosses lack professionalism. I probably would have given this place 3.75 stars out of 5 a few years ago. It's a single star now. What a Dump.
