Hampton Inn Minneapolis Shakopee

Our VR Family Christmas was an amazing experience, with much thanks to the staff and rooms at the Hampton Inn, Shakopee, MN! Felicia checked us in and made sure ALL our needs were met, Hiwot went out of her way when the guest laundry failed. She stepped up and dried my great niece's blanket! the breakfast buffet was well maintained, always clean and food were Hot, sorry I missed her name! this is 3 of 4 years at the Hampton and we'll see you again next year!! Nice room and pleasant stay at this hotel. Conveniently located. Complimentary breakfast was pretty standard for a Hampton Inn. Live television was down on our TV and when I informed the front desk at checkout, the comment was "that's interesting". How about sorry for that problem??

Had a pleasant stay for a series of nights at the hotel. The staff was friendly and the rooms were spacious and clean. Offerings included breakfast, which had an array of healthy to the decadent along with beverages, coffee and tea. During the day, coffee and tea remained available, which was a nice amenity. Overall a pleasant and comfortable stay.

Upon arrival we were greeted kindly by staff (Morgan) and manager (Lucas). We were checked in promptly. Both went above and beyond our expectations. Morgan went out of her way to make sure all of our needs were met, even down to our specific coffee preferences. We ran into her in the lobby at the end of her shift the following morning and upon hearing we were looking for Starbucks she graciously made a special trip to Starbucks to pick up our order for us! Our room was clean and comfortable. Every encounter with any staff member was pleasant. We would highly recommend this place.

This is the second time I've stayed here in the past 3 months - the rooms were spacious and beds & pillows very comfortable. I love that they don't use the mini bottles of soaps, but have the large refillable bottles in the bathroom. I like that the towels are shelved above the sink instead of above the toilet (always makes me nervous that one will fall in!) Continental breakfast was very good, the desk employees were friendly & helpful, glad there was a pantry for snacks/food/beverages to purchase. Hotel was easy to find and get in and out of. Complimentary coffee bar was the icing on the cake. Absolutely will stay again!
