Nice staff. Excellent location. Mayo wheelchairs everywhere-thank you!.....Newly remodeled room 704-very generic and sterile feel. Subjectively cold feel and unwelcoming. Elevators to sub area for underground walking right to Mayo clinic....Good size room. 2 vanity areas very nice. Firm/hard mattress and firm hard pillows-neither us preferred...Excellent concierge room floor 8 for members, like an airline lounge. A/C took well over 3 hours if not more to cool 2-3 degrees from 70 to 67 (on low fan setting for noise) for sleeping purposes only....Heat worked fast in the morning....

This was the best hotel I could have chosen for our stay. The rooms were immaculate, the breakfast the best I have ever had in a hotel, and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Their shuttle runs continuously to and from the Mayo Clinic and was a welcome extra. Shuttle driver is awesome! Would definitely stay there again.

We were here for 8 days at Mayo Clinic. It was just the best. The little kitchen was adequate for our needs, shuttle service so helpful, Scott and all staff excellent. We also loved the fact that real dinnerware and silverware are used at the breakfast bar and coffee area. I used the pool one evening, which was very clean. Also the laundry. This is a good location to get away from the Mayo area, but still be quick to get to. Keep up the good work !

The hotel staff (Scott and Terrance specifically) were amazing and welcoming as always. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in the area for the Mayo Clinic. This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel and it always feels like home away from home.

Clean and comfortable. Convenient and has has a shuttle to mayo. Scott at the front desk goes above and beyond. Definitely recommend. Breakfast is a very nice area and clean. I would recommend this hotel for any type of stay. Everyone we encountered worked hard to keep the lobby and area nice.
