Residence Inn by Marriott Rochester Mayo Clinic Area

We liked the recent remodel to the hotel. Calvin Barrett was very friendly as was the Room Booking Manager Dan. We found the underground parking to be a great asset. Highly recommend the hotel to anyone. It is a big convenience to stay at this hotel as our dad is in Assisted Living in Rochester.

I want to compliment Cheryl, the Hostess, in the breakfast room. She is accommodating concerning all things. Cheryl goes the extra mile for her clients. The food is inviting and appealing. All companies need employees like her. Thank you, JWR

The staff always makes our visit so welcoming, warm and accommodating. Ashley, Andrew, Cheryl and "Filly" greet us like we're part of their family. They are so very helpful and welcoming, we feel like we're "home" when we're staying there. Whether we stay here 4 months or 2 days, the staff is always outstanding. Plus with the new renovations, the hotel is even more inviting. We can't say enough great things about this team of people!!!

We stayed at the Residence Inn for 6 weeks and our stay was very pleasant. The front desk crew Andrew, Dan and Ashley were wonderful and very helpful. Zach the maintenance man was more than willing to help if we needed something. Cheryl in the kitchen always took very good care of us and always fed us well!!! The only disappointing thing I have to mention is our daughters stayed 2 nights and left a watch iPhone charger there. They knew exactly where it was plugged in. I called right away but they said nothing was found. This made us sad😢

My wife and I have been here since January 5, 2025. Although the remodeling has created some challenges, the staff has been great. As my wife is a patient at Mayo Clinic, her diet has been important. The hotel serves breakfast. This is where Cheryl comes in - Cheryl did all she could to accommodate my wife's needs. Thank you Cheryl. Dr Michael
