Sister booked this hotel on line! What a mistake! Her room was downstairs in the back, obviously in area where workers stay long term, full of workers, doors open, music playing loudly, television on all night. Very unsettling for older person. Was told only disabled room available, room was booked month in advance. Her bed was very uncomfortable but the worst was the bathroom that was handicapped accessible however the water runs out of shower onto bathroom floor to drain in middle of main bathroom? Thus making floor wet and slippery. She fell! This is getting reported! If you look from bathroom to bedroom floor is all wavy evidence of being repeatedly wet! Told room was none refundable. Very poor hotel!

On Wednesday the 20th of July, 2022 around 1 pm, I was a guest there and I had a friend come over while I was at work. He got locked out so he tried to get a key to my room and the lady at the front desk apparently gave him access without confirming any information nor was my friendās name on the reservation! Once my friend told me that he was able to get a new key because he accidentally locked himself out, I was and still are livid at this employee. I have worked in hotels for OVER 12 YEARS and this is HOTEL 101. I felt like my security was compromised. I stopped by the front desk to confront the lady and when I arrived I asked her for a card or the general managers phone number or email. She rudely explained to me that they arenāt here. I said, āthatās fine but Iām asking u to write down the name and number and email address to your general managerā. She kept arguing with me stating that I can call the hotel and itās online. She repeated this over and over multiple times. I sternly said I am not asking u to redirect me where to go, Iām asking u to write it down. She was very argumentative with me. I finally got fed up with it and said I have worked in this industry for multiple years and u are not providing good customer service. She tried to blame my friend telling me that sheās gonna call the cops and have him removed because heās an unregistered guest. I was the registered guest. My friend stopped by while I was at work. I am not paying for this stay and will be submitting a review on this because like I said I am LIVID at the fact that there was no understanding at how this was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and UNACCEPTABLE! Nor was there any apology from the employee!š”š I feel like she should no longer work there if she isnāt going to care about peopleās safety! Very disappointed!!!!š¤¬š”

I had a longer term stay because I was waiting for my apartment to be renovated, The first day some woman from the front desk came and accused me of begging for cigarettes and I better stop. 5th day I waited for 2 hours for someone to get their clothes out of the dryer so I started folding them for her. Got in trouble for that too. Last day was 3/10 and a guy came and banged on my door and told me I had to leave because I had called guest services about a weed smell coming in my room. Some guy came up and said he smelled nothing???? The people next to me had their door open all day with really loud rap music playing so I had to go out and tell them to turn it down. They gave me 1 hour to leave. I did nothing wrong and stayed in my room almost the whole time because of all the scary people hanging around outside my room. Guest services said there was nothing they could do so I had to shower and pack in an hour and stand in the pouring rain waiting for an Uber to take me somewhere decent. Worst experience of my life. I already called my bank, I want ALL my money back. Haven't slept decently for almost 2 weeks. DO NOT STAY THERE. Don't bother calling guest services either, it will just get you kicked out for no reason, The reason he gave me was that I was bad for the hotel, Also, when you have an extended stay you need to do do laundry, Every time I went to the counter no matter what time, no quarters. So, I would have to go to the vending area and buy anything that would give me quarters back. They literally threw me on the street in winter in MN for making a complaint to exactly who I was supposed to complain to

I came into town at 5am and was extremely tired. We seen this place and got a room. Fell asleep and was awoken by a guy who couldn't speak English telling us it's check out, even though the lady who booked us in gave us until 12:30pm. Because we got there so early. I PAID in cash so I went to the front desk to get my money. I seen a gentleman at the desk pleading to the guy to give him his money back. The guy working told him no and to get out or he was calling the police, which he did. Now I get up there to the same, he speaks to someone, I'm assuming housekeeping, and before you know it he's telling me I can't get my money back. This seems like a recurrence on their part and will be investigated. Be aware of you pay cash and if it does happen, write a review and call CORPORATE to open a case.
