Ramada Hotel & Conference Center by Wyndham Plymouth

On a good note there was Very nice staff.But there were very Cold pools/dirty hot tub. I noticed there was pretty Dirty floors and rooms and there Needs some fixes here and there around hotel like doors. I understand There may be a lack of staff but it was just a bummer. But if you’re in a pinch and need something just for the night to sleep it’s not too bad.

March 2025, doors don't lock from outside so anyone can get in hotel. Hot tub didn't work, pool was colder. Mini pool stuff wasn't operating. Breakfast was 2 things. Staff took 7 attempts to answer the phone. Tv didn't work. Not clean. Disgusting. Floors felt even with socks on that they haven't been vacuumed in a while. Pillows were to cheap to be hotel pillows. No lights on outside of hotel, looks like your to a closed hotel, abandoned. The restaurant wasn't open. Parking lot had random abandoned vehicles, people living in their vehicles too. Just didn't feel like a safe place to stay.

Everything was pretty run down including the pool. The heater was not working in the middle of winter and I'm pretty sure there was prostitution going on. We had to put on white noise to drown out the family next door loudly talking through apparently paper thin walls.

The pillows were stiff, but worked. The room was cool due to the cold temps, but was acceptable. The hotel is an older facility, but was clean and very affordable. It definitely met my needs! The breakfast was basic, however it was handy to have the bar/grill attached.

Room was clean but the entire property is seriously shabby, in need of total overhaul. The bed was comfortable with clean linen but the pillows were very soft and there were only 2. The pools are small and the hottub was closed, locked off and a cloudy green. Elevator smelled of urine. Lights out in back entrances.
