On valentine weekend I got the Jacuzzi suite and it was nice very clean and bed was comfortable. Josie and Mary at the front desk were very nice, friendly and helpful. Devon the night guy was also very nice, friendly, and helpful. During the day Brenda and Anaijah the housekeeper’s were friendly and helpful along with Siobhan the night housekeeper. And Gerald and Stan the maintenance man very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay for that weekend. So if in town I would recommend you stay here comfortable and friendly staff but don’t let me forget about the most helpful and nice lady Ms Sherrie the manager she helped me make it a nice weekend for my wife.

Staff is friendly, knowledgeable & go the extra mile to help in anyway possible. Our group needed to change our length of stay last minute & we’re very accommodating. Breakfast had great selection! They’re in the process of remodeling & look forward to our next stay. Rare this 5stars

This hotel is a dump! Room smelled like smoke, even leaving the window open all night. Carpet was dirty, bathroom was dirty. Checkout staff member was rude! Breakfast of pop tarts was a joke. Even the orange juice was watered down. Would never advise anyone to stay here!

Our bathroom was dirty with brown gunk on the floor. Staff came to clean but there was still brown staining on grout. Carpet was filthy, towels and rags threadbare, ice bucket top moldy. Pool and especially hot tub too dirty to use. We tried to find other accommodations but were unsuccessful.

This hotel is filthy with unusable pull outs and a horrible breakfast. We had three suites..paid a lof of money and one pull out was completely broken and the others were just springs with a thin layer of material on top...no adult could sleep on these. The stairs and hallways needed extensive cleaning, we had a lightbulb out in our room, our TV was old and didn't have many stations, we really needed more blankets but had already had a major issue with the pull outs so we didn't dare call on this one, and no elevator. The whole hotel needs redoing. The only bright spot here is the swimming pool. It is also horribly overpriced.
